This place is so fun. It's an "L" shape with hibachi tables on the longer part of the "L" and regular tables and I think I saw barstool dining. My wife and I celebrated our 28th anniversary there. We sat at a hibachi table and both ordered fried rice, shrimp, vegetables, spicy tuna roll, and salmon roll. It was so delicious. Our waiter heard we liked the ginger sauce and he put some in take home sauce tubs for us. The teriyaki sauce was also amazing and had a sweet honey taste. I didn't catch the name of the chef at our table, but he was very fun to talk with. We had a really good time and the food was amazing. Who knew fried rice could be this good?!

I recently tried ordering food for pickup from here. I initially spoke to who I believe to be their host, and I asked if they had Sake Don. I made sure to spell it out for her and give her different ways to say it, such as "salmon don", "salmon donburi", and "sake donburi." She went and asked if they had "sake bombs" (which is an alcoholic beverage made with sake and beer), and told me they didn't have that.I tried explaining again what I initially told her, and at this point she handed the phone over to someone else. I again tried to explain what I wanted, which mind you is a fairly common entree found at sushi restaurants. The next person I talked to first tried to explain that they don't sell sake bombs for carry out, and then said she would put sake on whatever sashimi I chose. At this point, I was very frustrated with their service so I tell the lady on the phone that I'll be ordering elsewhere.I can't speak for the food, but judging from the customer service I don't believe I'm missing out.

My boyfriend and I went here to try something different. It seems like it’s newer and hasn’t been open for a very long time. We did not regret anything. The man cooking at the grill was absolutely amazing and funny. The shrimp and seafood was out of this world. We’ve been to a lot of hibachi places in the area, even the more well-known ones and honestly, this one was both of our favorite. I also liked how it wasn’t crazy busy inside and you can actually, hear each other talk. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it.

I went with just a friend and sat on the non-hibachi side. I honestly had a pretty great experience and service was swift. Staff was very attentive but I also think that may have been due to the fact that there were not many of us there lol It's smaller than most hibachi places but feels less chaotic. Had a great time!

Very fun family atmosphere! Our chef was personable and fun, and the food was scrumptious! Updated decor makes this a very cozy spot for special occasions and everyday eating out. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service. When a certain ingredient is known to make a person sick, the hope is the cook will take it seriously. Guessing they just forgot, but it definitely caused unneeded suffering.

So I have my meal way before my family even got started. This is not quite what I ordered. The tuna roll is just a piece of tuna. And the salad was definitely not ginger. It’s been about 25min and we still are waiting for appetizers…and no sign of the hibachi chef. This is definitely disappointing.

Wonderful restaurant great food. My children had a wonderful time. The chefs were amazing and interactive! Floors need a little work, but that wouldn’t stop me from coming back again.
We were here for a loooong time. We waited when we got there for more people for them to put us at a table, and then waited at the table for a chef to be done. That being said, the food was good, and the chef tried to keep the guests attention while cooking. Flavor and price was comparable to other hibachi places. Scallops were bigger than most places, and the shrimp were really good. They had noodles in addition to the rice, but I kind of wished it was just rice. The ginger sauce was really good.

Food was good, probably one of the better quality hibachi food I have received. We were happy that the chicken was tenders and not dry breast meat. Sushi was tasty, we had the Godzilla roll. Our servers and chef were very friendly and engaging and accommodating to our kids, 2 and 6. Overall a bit pricey and added up very quickly. I don't think it is out of line, just keep an eye on what you're ordering.

We had been going to Yuri Of Japan for our birthdays for the last 10 years or so. Have to say we were pretty upset knowing that they had closed. Aki of Japan took over and let me tell you! They are FANTASTIC!!! The portions are very large. We brought home so much food! The people are so nice and friendly. And the food is delish! A must try if you haven't already!
