I’ve never been to Al’s before, but I decided to try it out. I am not a beef fan, so I got the charbroiled chicken breast sandwich. It is the greatest sandwich I’ve ever eaten from a restaurant. Also, fantastic, fresh fries! Honestly, give it a try, because it’s amazing!

My favorite sandwich! There used to be more franchises around but it is few and far between now, so when I saw it again I had to get it snd it didnt disappoint! Delicious and love the celery giardinera!

I’m a fan of Italian beef sandwiches and have tried them at many restaurants, but Al’s is the best.
I came yesterday and it was dry and I ask them to cut it in half and before I left I ask them and they said they did even the man that work at the frie stand said it was the fries wasn’t fresh and we pay all this money for fresh food and they give it to you messy it was nasty you don’t get a star!!!!!

Been going to Al’s for about 55 years now. Grandpa would take me to Taylor st. Always been my favorite but lately seems like the sandwich is smaller and way less beef than in the past. Went to Tinley location. Sandwich used to fill me up but last 3 times I was still hungry. Sandwich is still delicious and was hot and juicy. Great service too
