I purposely ordered wrinkle cut fries so that I would get FRESH HOT fries. WRONG...I got old wrinkles fries and my wife got hot curly fries....had to ask for a replacement, which I did receive. Restaurant's thermostat was set low enough that they were able to hang quarters of cows in the dining area. Truth be told, no hanging meat, but they could have no problem.

It's too hard to take a simple order? Food made wrong, no sauces I asked for. I should have known it would be difficult and checked before driving away. All wrong and a rude window worker to add. Keep up the bad work. Never coming back.
