Tried them for the first time today and one of the only places that actually listened to the way I wanted my pizza cooked! I like my pizza cooked well done and they cooked my pizza to absolute perfection. Sauce was not too sweet and pizza had a nice crisp. A little on the pricey side for a pizza but overall, I would recommend this place when you want a really good pie.
Gotta add, first of all, I'm not looking for replacement, money back, or anything else, just the qualify I'm used to. Been ordering exclusively from here for over 20 years, started in Glenwood, now Orland, and I have to say this is the first bad pi,za I have had. I LOVE the sweet sauce, but tonight my onion and garlic was 4 shades darker and after trying it was obviously very badly burnt. Crust just disintereste like a stale saltine. I chalked it up to high volume because of the Kentucky Derby so maybe the ovens were running hot, but who knows. I have ordered the same pizza probably 100+ times, and I actually had to look when I got to the car as it felt light. Now I know it was probably because there was no moisture left in the pie. Disappointed. Ordered a $6 dominoes after I/ threw it away, didn't want to wait and drive all the way back. Again, not looking for anything for free, some times $h1T happens

This was the third time we tried to order delivery and this time we were able to actually have them come out and deliver. It will be the LAST TIME we order from there - and it has nothing to do with the quality of the food. We ordered family size thin crust pepperoni pizza and asked for it to be "well done". The pizza was really quite good, the sauce was sweet without overtaking your entire palette. They browned the pizza perfectly. The problem comes in with the fact that they charged $5 to make it well done BUT DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT. The food was delivered quickly and the delivery driver had the credit card machine to swipe the card. Here's the other problem... we were charged a HIGHER PRICE ($2.32) than what we were told and what the receipt said. IS there a fee for using a card? Was it an honest mistake? Who knows? I can't seem to get through since their hours are minimal. It's pretty frustrating that they charged us extra and DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT. If they had mentioned the extra charges then it wouldn't be a big deal but seriously, you took extra money without the slightest mention of it. That is completely unprofessional.
