Dining with four women one male myself and had a great great two hours

Girl was too busy on her personal phone after she seated us to take our order. Then our loaded fries came out with no ranch dressing and they took 25 minutes and then pizza came out right after was just not good at all. All around was just not good will not be returning!! Oh and pizza wasn’t hot just warm. I’ve had hotter pizza being delivered.

The lunch buffet is very nice. The buffet included chicken, pasta, salad bar, desserts and various types of pizza. All of the food was very good. The service was awesome! Will go again.

We came to Tinley Park to visit a friend, who insisted that we had to try Aurelio’s. Now I get why it’s such a big deal here. We split a medium spinach & mushroom thin crust and an order of antipasto salad, and honestly, we could have eaten the whole menu. The crust was light but crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the sauce had that perfect balance of sweet and savory. The place has such a classic Chicago pizzeria feel — brick walls, vintage photos. Great place to catch up, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The staff made us feel welcome, our server was courteous, upbeat, and made sure our food arrived right on time. Between the delicious food and friendly service, this pizzeria has definitely earned a spot on our “must-visit again” list.

I’ve never walked out from a restaurant in my life!

We got seated at a table, and the waitress told us she’d be right back to take our drinks. FIFTEEN minutes later, she comes back to take our drink order, at which we ask her to also place our meal–a simple thin crust pizza and a salad. It takes ANOTHER FIFTEEN minutes before our sodas arrive.

We’ve been sitting there now for 45 minutes, when she comes back to confirm our order–my husband asks if hadn’t been placed yet to which she says “it was” and leaves.

Meanwhile, we watch several teenage workers go in and out of the kitchen, looking aloof, not making eye contact or paying any attention to whats going on.

It’s been an hour, my husband and now crying baby leave for the car, as we ask to have the order packed up to go. I wait ANOTHER 15 minutes, no one in sight, no one checks on me, when I’ve finally had it and decide to walk.

I felt guilty, but I’ve never in my life had worse service. This was the second time we’ve given this place a chance. We ordered from here once before and the salad was browned and the pizza was unpalatable. I don’t know how this place stays in business. The LaGrange restaurant is nowhere near as of a hot mess as this one is.

This is the second time in a row our order was incorrect. We ordered pizza and Bosco sticks with marinara. We got our order in about 45 minutes, but received cold, soggy onion rings instead of the Bosco sticks. I called and requested that we be sent the correct item. We then waited over 2 hours for the next driver to show up with our food. The pizza hasn’t been great lately, either. Both most recent orders were requested well done, and we got a soggy, room temperature pizza. Unimpressive food and service.

Best pizza in the world!! The Popearonni is the best pizza I’ve ever had!! Go try it!

tonight is our 34th wedding anniversary,.🍕 and cheese sticks are best we have had . great service 👏. great meal all around.

My wife and I stopped in prior to a show at the Amphitheater. We didn't leave enough time and our order took longer than expected. The staff was VERY nice and very apologetic about the delay and discounted our order. It seems maybe a lot of people had the same idea to sneak in dinner before the show. We had to take our pizza to go: Thin crust, large sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was fantastic! New addiction! We will be back!

This has been my favorite since pizza for as long as I could remember. This is a must stop in one of Aurelios location for pizza. I think it tasted better than I remember. I tried one of the speciality pizzas something 6, that was so delicious!

We had 11 people ...9 drove 2 hours! Although there were 2 huge birthday parties going on already, we were seated quickly and service was excellent. Appetizers were excellent; pizzas, pepperoni, cheese, sausage and taco pizzas were excellent. Michaela, our server, was excellent!

DISGUSTING 🤮.. if I could, I would give it negative 5 stars! My husband and I went for 1 slice and it was TERRIBLE. Super greasy with NO FLAVOR!
