The food and the atmosphere were amazing. I came here after work and ordered the salmon avocado salad. It was delicious and very filling. I haven’t had anything here that I haven’t liked. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Really nice place with tasty and healthy food. Lots of vegan options. Appreciate their focus on health while keeping food tasty and having compostable plates to reduce waste. Service was very friendly and helpful. We also got to try the avocado cheesecake, which was delicious!

I had a very disappointing experience with Avocado Theory. The food quality was unacceptable — I found hair in my meal, A LONG STRAIN. which immediately made me lose trust in their hygiene and standards, They hire people off the street with no experience and make them pass there health inspections because they Do not know anything about the food industry AT ALL.
Beyond that, the way this company treats its employees is disturbing. Staff are spoken to with no respect, as if they aren’t human and aren’t allowed to make mistakes. The environment feels hostile and unprofessional, which shows in the overall experience.
On top of all this, I feel robbed of both my time and money. This place markets itself as ethical and plant-based, but my experience was the complete opposite of what they claim to stand for.
I would not recommend Avocado Theory to anyone looking for quality food or a company that actually practices the values it promotes.
