I hope The owner reads this. I live In the building upstairs and these people constantly close the doors a minimum of 30 minutes early. They say I have to go get in my car and drive through the drive through. Ridiculous. This has happened to me probably 10 times so now I go next door to Culver’s. Last night one of the girls yelled at me when i drove to the window because she thought i was Looking at her. Very rude and inappropriate. Not only did I have to go get in my car because they wouldn’t open the door (even though they know I live in the building and walked down) When i did Get in my car, she was rude as hell. It was 8:30pm. Wow.

These workers at 5:33 on Thursday the 23 rd of April were rude n un caring n obnoxious!! Not cool! very Disrepectful!!! I simply asked for chocolate chip quartz!a!????????????

The ice cream was delicious my daughter enjoyed trying a sample a also before we decided what we wanted, we ate there is a really nice calm place plus side it smells like coffee .I had brownie Sundae , daughter had 2 scoops of cookie dough ice cream it was great.
Delicious treats, but even better staff. The employees working tonight (around 9:30-10pm) were awesome. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, but they were very personable, seemed like they enjoyed their jobs, worked well together, and provided excellent customer service. We don’t live near this store, but if we did we’d travel out of our way to go to this location.

Last resort..... go buy some! There must be another Baskin Robbins a manager could
have got some from? Or even a grocery store.
All i wanted was a hot fudge sundae from an ice cream shop.

Dirty dining area, slow, confused staff - took at least 15 minutes to make a shake and then they had to REmake it. 😔
