I do not understand why most of the Baskin Robbins I go to are making their milkshakes with literally straight milk. I got a cookie and cream milkshake and at this point I’m so done ordering them. It’s literally almost $10 for a large cup of milk that wasn’t even fully filled. You can’t even taste the ice cream. I wish I drink it at the window so I could get a refund

Never have any decent options for ice cream, go anywhere else or to any other location if you want anything that is actually advertised. Customer service is lackluster at best, wasn't rude but just made me guess a bunch of their ice cream flavors without giving me any of their actual options.

I ordered a cake it has a blonde hair in it . It was so embarrassing when I have people around . We always buy cake and stuff from you and this not something usually happen also I chose a picture from the catalog. I received a cake that didn't match!!

Paid $17 for two MEDIUM milkshakes. Over charged for one.ON TOP OF I asked for a shake SPECIFICALLY with chocolate ice cream, they waited until AFTER i was charged and my order was made to inform me that there was NO chocolate ice cream. I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I am very upset and will NEVER be back. All of the employees on their phones and don’t care about their customers.

LOL my mom was being super picky in the drive through and I felt bad but I was recording her cause I thought it was funny and the lady helping snapped at us and told me to stop recording at the window and that she didn’t want her voice in it and it wasn’t even of her childish get better costumer service ?
