I had a great experience at Blaze Pizza recently, thanks to an amazing employee named Tina. They had just run out of meatballs, but Tina immediately went above and beyond to make it right. She offered a great compensation option without me even having to ask, and handled the situation with genuine friendliness.
I had a pretty big order — 3 pizzas and 2 sides— and she moved quickly while still keeping everything accurate. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. Tina is definitely an asset to the company, and because of her, I’ll absolutely be returning.
Blaze was an oops find by way of searching up gluten free crusts and man… am I glad I found it!! The 11” pizzas are perfect for a meal or two and the topping options are spot on. Plus of course, added bonus of crust options!!

Food was good but the service was horrendous, please train your staff on greeting customer when they walk in . Waited over 15 to get served when there was no one else on line , barely anyone in the restaurant, they were focusing on online orders who weren’t even there yet over people who were in their face . Won’t be back

I am extremely disappointed with both the service and overcharging I experienced at this location. Upon entering the restaurant, the young woman looked directly at us but made no effort to greet or assist. Instead, she curtly instructed her colleague to take our order. Upon entering the restaurant, the young woman at the counter looked directly at us but made no effort to greet or assist. Instead, she curtly instructed her colleague to take our order. As the young man prepared our food, I noticed that my daughter’s cheese pizza had barely any cheese. I politely requested extra cheese and was informed there would be an additional charge, which I understood and accepted. However, I was shocked to later discover that I had been charged the equivalent of another full pizza for this simple request. Throughout this interaction, the young woman made no effort to assist her colleague or address my concern. She eventually called the manager, who confirmed that I was being charged for an additional pizza solely because of the extra cheese. At no point were there any posted signs, notices, or prior explanations indicating that this was store policy. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreasonable pricing practices reflect poorly on your establishment. I would not recommend this location to anyone, as it appears to be understaffed, unprofessional, and misleading in its pricing
