Too expensive for what you get! Food is flavorless. The chicken is crunchy but not seasoned. Bland! The cheese fries had sparse ingredients and the rice was disgusting. The best item was the free coleslaw. I spent almost $100 and I would have done better going to Panda. This is my third time trying and its a wrap!

This was our first time here. We are from Northwest Indiana and were in the area and decided to stop here as I've seen this place advertised on Facebook. We were hoping to eat in, but there was no place to sit and eat. This is just a carry out joint. By the time we got home, the crispness of the chicken coating wasn't as expected. Assuming it's because the chicken had time to steam in the box on our drive home. I ordered the wings and drumstick combo with the Korean BBQ sauce. They were not sufficiently coated with sauce, and the chicken had no flavor, as if it had not been seasoned prior to dipping into the coating. When I bit into the wing, the coating was not stuck to the skin, and the skin was soft and felt like I was having boiled wings. I pulled the skin off. I guess the constant Facebook commercials set me up for higher expectations. The menu shows the Korean BBQ as a spicey sauce, but it really wasn't spicy at all. Overall, had the chicken been seasoned and had it been covered with more sauce, it would have been better. I'm sure the crispiness would have been better had we been able to eat it right away.

Just left this restaurant and my food is clearly not fresh. Order 6 pc soy garlic wings and fried rice with soy garlic chicken. Rice is lukewarm with only about 4 small bland chicken cubes , rice seamed steamed instead of friend and lacked flavor. Wings are not hot at all, the flavor was there but clearly this chicken was already sitting around because they aren’t hot at all. I specifically ask for my wings right out the grease and fresh rice. Very disappointing This location and food quality is nothing like the one in china town. I paid $26 and you’d think I’d ant least get hot fresh food, definitely not worth it! I feel bamboozled

The Korean fast food was excellent. The Korean fried chicken with the yangnyeom sauce was delicious, and to my surprise, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. I was pleased to find pickled radish on the menu. Cant have Korean fries chicken without the radish. Next time, I plan to order the Bibimbap with a fried egg. The bulgogi was satisfactory, and the kimchi was exceptionally fresh and flavorful. Wish they had inside dining.

Paid $17 on uber eats for bulgogi fried rice (paid extra) and got 4 small tiny pieces of meat, the rice was just regular white rice with no flavour at all, also got 5 drumsticks for $17, chicken was just covered in this lollipop tasting batter with no actual flavor, so much money for what. Lower your prices or improve the quality of the food, this was just robbery.

Very pricey for the small portions they serve!

The food was not good and overpriced.

While the atmosphere is basic, the food is amazing.

We drove about half an hour to go here, arrived around 7:30pm, only for them to BE CLOSED!! And google maps says that they're open until 9:30pm. So disappointed in this restaurant location...won't be trying them again...

This review is specific to the Lagrange Road location:

I ordered the wings and the JapChae. The wings were fine. The JapChae was garbage. JapChae is fine glass noodles with meat, peppers and onions. In the 10 minutes it took me to get home all of the noodles had solidified into one big solid hunk. If that wasn't bad enough, there was no meat in the dish. I was really disappointed because I have ordered this same dish at the Chinatown location and it was a completely different and pleasurable experience.
