Pleased with this location. Food has almost always been on point. Seems on the cleaner side. Hope these two things don’t change!

Ordered online trying to get 20 wings and fries but ordered wrong.. called the store as my dasher was leaving and the wild wings employee caught my dasher so he could correct my order for me.. love this kind of customer service place is awesome

So, this was my first time at this Buffalo Wild Wings because I’m new to the area and wanted to try it because I’m always at BWW during the football season
Pros, Food was fresh, very clean and nice mixed crowd.
Cons The bartender (Jasmine) is the absolute worst, I want you all to watch my entire interaction ( I had a Bears jacket on) as I sat in the bar with her; I was there June 19th, 2025 and starting at 7:30pm.
She took my drink order, and once I finish, literally ask everybody else around me if they wanted another drink and never once came back and ask me if I wanted another one. Literally ignored me the whole entire time I sat there, I even watch as she took everybody else cup off the edge and ask them if they wanted a refill and I never even had the courtesy of being ask if I wanted would like another drink. Then I just order my food, my food took almost 20 mins to come; and once again, she never once ask if I was okay, or even gave me an update on why the food was talking so long and then once it came, she just pointed to me and said thats his food, so that person who bought it out could bring me my food. I had to even ask for a refill on my water but every one else who sat at the bar, she Carter to.. I’m not doing this for anything but I just want it to be known that she was by far the worst bartender I ever dealt with. I will not be back. Even now, I sat at the bar and was able to write this whole review and said I wouldn’t post it if I even got an, “are you ready for your bill?” But no, I’m still sitting here able to write this whole review without a single interaction from her.
My bill came, she threw the bill down and it wasn’t even mines.

Server was very friendly and efficient. Perfect typical BWW. But please as a whole company lower your beer prices.
Great food cold beer. 2 sandwiches and 5 domestic drafts are not worth 67$ lay off b-dubs, your stuff isn't that good.

I have ordered a few times from this location, and I'm sad to say I am consistently disappointed. I am always short on a few of my dipping sauces that were part of the meal, I even pay for a few extra. Today was the worst. I ordered 6-6 pieces, with two ranches and four blue cheeses. I received only ranches. Not only that, the regular fry I ordered with our meal did not show up with our order. I will say I got this through the delivery, but our bag was not tampered with whatsoever. If anything, the delivery person was sweet. I'd like to say if you're ordering for a party please call the restaurant to make sure that you have everything so your day doesn't get ruined like ours did.
