Let me start by saying, the food here is amazing, its always hot when I get it and it tastes delicious. Today I went in to get some food after work and idk if she is the manager or what but the older looking lady running the counter is extremely rude. Its not the first time she's done it but she ignores customers to talk with the other staff about irrelevant things. She has attitude every time and I come in here.

So I ordered take out, through the app, and drove in a snow storm because I thought I could give them another chance….but ordered an original chicken with cheese add onion and bbq….. got none of they just a plop of mayo and barely any lettuce on one side of the sandwich.SMH Burger King sucks at least this one does.The lady at the drive thru was not friendly at all …so there’s that. ….

The morning and afternoon crew is awesome!! From 6am to about 4pm the food is always fresh and there's great service! I cannot say the same for the night crew, they're always mad, the food is always cold and looks like they took it out of their behind.

I send my lady in to order a snack wrap with (Extra) chicken. The extra charge is $2.50.This is what $2.50 looks like for extra. BK is really getting over.
Nothing special,just another restraunt with raised prices,smaller portions and mediocre service. The burgers were prepared right,they were ok,but this shrink factor is ridiculous with these prices. The whopper junior is just a tad bit bigger than a white castle burger,it's their smallest burger with lettuce and tomato,what a rip off.
Ridiculous that at lunch time you have 2 people working. You guys just remodeled, how about hiring people!!!

my FAVORITE Burger King location. my order is ALWAYS fast and above all, is accurate. I usually get 2-3 whoppers all made different ways and the employees NEVER fail to mark the sandwich bags...it's the little things. an employee there named Gio is always friendly and polite and inputs my order and how I'd like them made correctly. Great place to sit, tv available. drive thru and walk out service are beyond exceptional! they are fast, Fast, FAST! thx Gio!
