Ordered delivery at 5:10pm with an expected delivery time of 6:05pm. Order was finally delivered at 6:40pm and the sweet and sour chicken was cold. Can not say I will order from again.

This was my first time ordering from here. My kids all wanted lo mein with their dinner meals instead of fried rice. They told me it would be $3 more. Ok, so we ordered that. In all for 4 dinner meals plus the extra charge and a size of fried rice came out to $87 which is pretty expensive. I get home and noticed they gave me buttered spaghetti as lo mein. Called up there he explained lo mein no matter where you order is spaghetti. I told him that’s not true. And to charge me $3 more for buttered spaghetti for each meal was ridiculous. Will never order from there again. We also ordered general tao’s, orange chicken and shrimp with lobster sauce. All of the above was not good at all. Don’t waste your money here.

The staff is friendly. Our delivery person is always very kind. The food is always delicious. I used to order from there more often because their prices were very cheap and reasonable. However, their prices have gone up a lot in the past 2 years so I don't order out as often. Overall, the food and service is amazing.

Good food, but bad experience for the third time in a row. Pretended they didn't get my online order...after they took my money ???? I was already 2 minutes past my pickup time, but had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order because they didn't even start making I no it. I will say, the food was tasty and going from Tinley Park to Hobart to eat...the food was still hot. They need to correct their entire ordering process for online/Phone. This could be an exceptional place. Do better guys!!
Their wonton and chicken noodle soups are delicious, never salty and always fresh. The eggrolls from Chen's are excellent too; super fresh and tasty. I always have my order delivered, and it always arrives fresh, hot, and always way before the time quoted.
