I come here often on my breaks. But today I came, I was not feeling good. I was sick, I had just gotten my flu shot. I work in healthcare and it’s not very often I cannot go into work, so I sucked it up and went in. The shift lead that was here today could see it in my face and voice that I was miserable and wanted to do something small to make me feel better. I so appreciated that and I told him so! Everyone needs that sometimes.

They gave me kelp instead of my chicken fingers. Told me they would fix it. So I returned to my group and waited. Well... they are almost finished eating and I still have nothing. So i go up to counter.. different person at register and the food I returned is behind him still..and then he asks me for my receipt...of which I refused when I was asked..silly me. I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Kevin in the drive-thru! He went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and even took the extra time to make everything smooth and pleasant. Kevin was professional, kind, and showed excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about making the customer feel valued, but Kevin did exactly that. He deserves recognition for his phenomenal service!

I went through the drive-thru on Friday the 15th of Aug and I pulled up there was 3 people out side to boys and one girl the girl told me you could pull up the the first person. So I did and I got the nicest greating he had a big smile on his face. I got a number one meal and I did not know what drink to get with my meal. He asked me what I have a taste for I told him I don't rilly know and to give me some options. He said we have pop lemonade tea shakes. I told him lemonade and I asked what his favorite flavor was he told me the pineapple dragon fruit I have never had it before. So I thought I try it. But he told me that we are getting a new drink soon that will replace this one in 3 days I think he said . But he knows how to talk to hear and at the end of my order.he asked me would I like to make my meal a large witch I did not know chick fla a dose that. Do I said yes then he asked me if I would like to try are amazing delicious cheese sauce. And he was not wrong it was rilly good. I don't know what his name was but it started with a k. He had his best covering name tag. And I think he definitely has good customer service. But the line was crazy but ended up getting my every work was so nice the food was hot when it came out and fast even in that long line. This location was rilly clean for what I saw and I will definitely be coming back to this location. sorry Orland Park I think they know what they are doing here. So no more long drives just for chick fla a.
Staff are very friendly and pleasant! ... And, the Mobile Thru option for online pickups is very nice. Even faster than the traditional drive through. Love it - Thanks Chick-fil-A! Y'all Rock!!

I want to give a huge shout out to the Tinley Team for providing the most amazing catering! Everything was hot (that was supposed to be hot) and cold (that was supposed to be cold) and the variety of products offered made catering our event a “1-stop shop”! The amount of food provided was super generous too!
