Barely filling up the bowls employees were stingy with food and toppings as if it’s coming out of their pay . Not like customers are paying $15-$20 dollars a bowl lmfao so awkward having to ask for more of everything…

This is a good Chipotle store. I’ve been here maybe over 100 times, it’s amazing. This one time, we were getting pickup, and they had accidentally put the fountain drink cup INSIDE the back, so we didn’t know it was there. We had to go back there to get soda, and the nice man at the counter let us get another cup for free, to make up for the foible of going back there. They also have great food portions as well. We’ve had amazing experiences here, and I would recommend going to this location

The serving sizes are a joke and me and my bf threw up after eating here mind u the rice wasn’t fully cooked it was still crunchy

I ordered a bowl and got great portions. Everything went well except the worker with the toppings got sour cream on her gloves right before handling my bowl and did not take them off until I prompted her. I have a dairy allergy, but that would have quickly led to a lot of cross contamination. Not great food safety. At least she responded when asked.

The serving girl just throws the food at you . Absolutely no customer service and she was angry for no reason . It was almost like she was sharing her food 😂😂sad

The food is very good no doubt but service of delivery package is very very poor and they don't help on phone about the delivery what we order management is very poor

doors are locked at 11am???? Maybe they changed the hours

If you want to spent 40$ on two bowls this is the place. I asked for my protein and watched the guy scoop nothing out and then think to him to actually go get more then I said that’s all? He said oh no I’ll get more and then the next girl took it and said oh you want double and I said “no I’d like an actually scoop not the five pieces of steak at the bottom and then argued with me and pretended to not hear me then told the check out girl it was double meat and just ignored me once again. Shoutout to her to ignore customers. Even look at the picture of the steak container missing…

never go to this chipotle in Tinley Park. I literally found a little bug in mine. I did not throw mine away. I saved it, but I did not eat it never go to this one. They have bad services

Placed a mobile order a few mins ago and when i walked and waited for my food to get done a man was yelling it was a bug in his food. I looked at the bug and it was huge. I left and now seeking a refund
