This is the most unorganized worse customer service chipotle I’ve ever been too. It’s so many problems every time I come here. You walk in they say they not open til 10:45 so why the hell is the doors open. Then n walk back in at 10:45 they don’t help or serve you until 10:50. Systems be down. They don’t prioritize doordash orders just a mess they need new management or something in here!!!!!! I’m sick of it

I guess many people are just hard to please and nothing will please them. Haven't been to this location in over a month, but glad I did yesterday! Came down with a sinus bug, starting to recover, and their food helped that process along quite well!
They are professional, motivated and courteous (esp to older folks.) Food was fresh, hot. I noticed them tidying things up, sweeping the floors. All the tobasco sauces were replenished, store was clean (as possible at 4pm on a Friday), they communicate well.
I am 'old school', I don't do drive-thru's or order online, I go inside and order, mostly on lunch, as I work nearby, and eat inside. I haven't honestly encountered anything in the 20+ times I've been there in the past several years to want to write a negative review or otherwise.
I'm sorry others have experienced issues there, but that has never been the case with me anyways. I even have some leftovers remaining from my burrito bowl for later, and I feel so much better today. Where else can you get as much food, a variety of proteins and other essential nutrients, for $11-13??
It makes me sad to see all these reviews. The employees there seem to put their heart into their job. I only eat out at maybe 4 or 5 places (even though I'm cutting back on eating out), however, I am grateful to have this Chipotle location to frequent.

The food I was not well distributed and they were not giving me what I asked for. I asked for some more cheese and the guy gave me a pinch of cheese. Then I asked for some guacamole and the guy was gonna give me so guacamole until the lady said that he was giving me to much guacamole like what's that for. She was acting like it was coming out of her pay check. This was the black lady with braids on the register today. Like I'm paying aren't I? Also the chicken was shallow, I asked the guy about it, white guy with short hair in the back, and he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. If Chipotle is that stingy they should just close down! If you don't like your job right just quit. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The workers give the smallest portions I've ever seen from Chipotle. The workers truly look like they hate being there and drag their feet when you enter. I never really leave reviews, but this was so bad that I had to.

What a terrible chipotle. The lady manager with the long hair had such a shitty attitude. Pressed the line employee to focus on online orders when there was a long line. This was during a typical slow period. I’d hate to try going here during a busy time. She also gave me an employees clock in receipt with my food receipt. Janis elganal clocked in at 3:09.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. The bowl I ordered was absolutely disgusting my rice was lot cooked all the way and they gave me fajita veggies that were not cooked at all. Absolute waste of $13

Food was mediocre. Definitely low balled me on portions, barely a scoop of chicken and barely any cheese as well. Along with this I found avocado skin in my guacamole. Just over all not good at all 👎
