The food I was not well distributed and they were not giving me what I asked for. I asked for some more cheese and the guy gave me a pinch of cheese. Then I asked for some guacamole and the guy was gonna give me so guacamole until the lady said that he was giving me to much guacamole like what's that for. She was acting like it was coming out of her pay check. This was the black lady with braids on the register today. Like I'm paying aren't I? Also the chicken was shallow, I asked the guy about it, white guy with short hair in the back, and he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. If Chipotle is that stingy they should just close down! If you don't like your job right just quit. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I'm surprised this location is open and represents the Chipotle brand. The food tastes very different from the traditional Chipotle. The rice is crunchy. The steak cuts always have fat on them. The workers give the smallest portions I've ever seen from Chipotle. The workers truly look like they hate being there and drag their feet when you enter. I never really leave reviews, but this was so bad that I had to.

What a terrible chipotle. The lady manager with the long hair had such a shitty attitude. Pressed the line employee to focus on online orders when there was a long line. This was during a typical slow period. I’d hate to try going here during a busy time. She also gave me an employees clock in receipt with my food receipt. Janis elganal clocked in at 3:09.

Food was mediocre. Definitely low balled me on portions, barely a scoop of chicken and barely any cheese as well. Along with this I found avocado skin in my guacamole. Just over all not good at all 👎

I ordered food to be ready early through the app. I arrived 5 minutes after it should have been done. Wasn’t done. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru (never doing that again) and my food was cold. Not, I didn’t get to eat it for 10 minutes cold, more like it was never hot, cold. Asked for extra veggies NOPE, could have counted them on one hand. . Guess this manager isn’t reading why the stock was tanking. Smaller portions are ripoffs. Cost cutting measures piss people off when you skimp.

When I walked in everything seemed fine. I get to the line; I waiting not even 5 minutes to get my order (good), BUT there was only 3 people working . One person making several bowls , one person at the register not doing much of anything , and one person cooking. See because I can see where you'd think that's alright , let me tell you about the food . There is cheese one side of my bowl , I got more rice than anything I ordered (the rice wasnt cooked) , I had gotten steak (that had a lot of fat in it) I had order a slight bit more of the sour cream (I got 2 hand fulls) , I order guacamole (no salt and no lemon) . The place is sad . There was ladies coughing while doing a bunch of nothing aside from eating their life away . Just a sad place dont go. Thanks for reading.
My burrito bowl was 100% fine BUT I felt so bad for the workers at this place. They all looked so miserable. Every single worker looked like they were forced to be there. I hope there is no issue with management. Seeing all of them miserable says a lot about the establishment itself...
