Please make people's whose order isn't ready pull around. You're letting peoples food get cold waiting for orders you haven't made. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl the rice wasn't cooked and because of the price of gas driving 15 minutes both ways I just tossed mine and my child's dinner in the trash can.

Typically love me some Chipotle! Just started working right down the street from this one and it was my first time there! I previously did a door dash order months ago for someone and it was terrible but I thought I’d give it a try since I frequent so often! Will never step foot in there again. Not one smile, not one hello, not one friendly person in the entire establishment. I was made to feel like a major inconvenience for coming in to order. Requested double steak had to request twice to get the correct portion since I’m being charged. Requested extra of the freebies several times since she couldn’t seem to grasp an actual spoon full. I won’t be giving this one another penny.

Sad to see chipotle this low. I got chipotle and my wife got jersey mikes from next door.When I first walked in I was hit with a smell of used mop water. I don’t know how this smell isn’t noticed. Then, there was food all over the floor as if this was a school cafeteria.When I got to the line, I was going to ask for rice but I guess it’s to much to ask for cooked rice anymore. It was one huge clump both the white and brown rice.I wish I had chosen jersey mikes, this may be the last chance I ever give chipotle as this is starting to become a trend.

Went to pick up an order for my mom some burrito bowls with half steak and chicken and vegetables. Get home and this is what I opened up. A bowl of just vegetables. Either somebody can’t read or they just don’t care!

If you want to be ripped off, this is the Chipolte location for you - 1/2 scoop of rice and a tiny pinch of meat (which was probably less than 2 oz) on a $13 burrito is not acceptable! This location's "portion control" is the worst of any Chipolte location I have ever been to and is not unnaceptable. This is corporate greed at its best! You have lost my business.

This place made me so sick. While I was eating it my stomach started hurting so bad. Never again will I eat from here. I had the burrito bowl with chicken. I had doubts while I was in line I should have went with my first mindset. There was food all over the counter, where the workers prepare the food. Why they didn’t wipe it down is mind boggling to me. The lady was just making all the to go orders on top of the counter that clearly needed to be wiped down. She transferring wasted salsa on top of lids that she was placing on top of the bowls and attempted to wipe with her gloved hand smearing it worse. Waste of money.

I ordered two bowls. The Chipotle crew moved me along quickly and efficiently. When one person went to grab limes another stepped in to finish my order. I was surprised by how fast I was in and out.
