Came for a party and my kid always love it but I actually had a good time.
The line at the register way too long when busy and can see people walking around or cleaning up area but will not help at register to speed up the process and there are usually 5 people in lune with one person. Loud but amazing place for kids,
My children absolutely love Chuck e cheese It's always a great experience and great atmosphere
Hello,
I wanted to share my experience regarding my child’s birthday party, which was scheduled to start at 6:30 PM. My family and I arrived on time, but the party did not begin until around 6:40 PM. My guests had to wait, and I had to go to the counter myself to find out what was happening.
When I asked to speak with the manager, she informed me that she was the manager and that the issue was the team couldn’t locate the party slip. I understood that things can happen, but I feel that this delay should have been communicated to me and my husband right away instead of having us wait without explanation.
About five minutes later, I had to ask again about the pizza, and only then was the schedule and process explained to me. Since my party started late, I believe we should have been given additional time at the tables. However, we were still asked to leave at 8:30 PM, which was the original end time—even though our party didn’t actually start on time.
I hope you can review this situation and consider better communication in the future and possibly compensation for the time we lost.
The staff here are amazing people. They all work hard and make sure everyone is safe and happy. The place is clean and the manger Nikka is the best. She has the best team and the place is clean. My children are teens and I have a one year old and they love this place. If you get the Gold $29.99 membership the first time you go pays for its self. Great job Nikka and her staff for knows the regulars by name when they go there and doing the most to keep it safe and friendly for family’s to enjoy there time.
staff does not look happy to be working there lol. food was good but so damn overpriced. prices for games aren't bad. bathrooms need to be remodeled but at least cleaned.
I gave it 2 starts for my toddler and my man, he use to work at a chuck e cheese.
IT SUCKS. DON'T GO. Don't waste money.
FOOD IS TERRIBLE, STAFF IS NOT GREAT. Games are cool for 8 years old, is that. Money not worth it. I bought a card, went back didn't work. A trampoline took the place of a ball pit. I just didn't like it. If you'll change... CHUCK E CHEESE get a play yard, VR, BETTER FOOD, MORE STAFF. The pictures they show are LIES
I went to the Tinley Park location for a children's party with my daughter and we had a blast.
Atziry at the counter was very patient, above & beyond with me placing my order
Half of the machines were broken or inoperable.
Restaurantji Recommends
Sky went above and beyond with helping! Everything was clean and the food was great!!
my daughter made a few friends
This place smells bad ( like feet ) and half the games don’t work. Couldn’t sit down to eat cause of the smell, wouldn’t recommend.
To crowded
My grandchild had a fantastic time at Chuck E. Cheese. She really enjoyed the trampoline, food and playing the games.
