I had the strawberry mimosa and it was good. I had the grandma’s blueberry pancake sampler which consisted of 2 blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, choice of 3 meats but I love the sausage patties so I got all 3 patties but you can get country ham and I can’t remember the 3rd option. Lastly the meal comes with a side and I got the fried apples or you can get grits or hash brown casserole. In summary it was a great meal.

We went to Cracker Barrel inTinley Park on Wednesday evening before 6 for the early dine specials. It took over a half hour to get our food. I had the sirloin tips which were over done, dry and very tough and chewy and if there was "savory garlic butter sauce" I did not see it and when I asked I was told that's the way it comes. It was almost impossible to get refills on coffee or water. Other diners were also experiencing the same service issues. It seemed like the kitchen was exceptionally slow.

My concern is your food substitute, your breakfast menu only have a pork option and I don’t eat pork, when I ask for a substitute, your wait lady told me I have to pay more to substitute my pork sausage for chicken or impossible meat, which in reality it’s not really a good choice. The manager Eric is wonderful and very hospitable tho .
Please do something about this please because am a regular at your restaurant nationwide

One of the absolute best breakfasts I've ever had at night. The eggs, all I can say the eggs!!! The bacon, sausage, and grits were amazing too. Our server Leah got everything right on the first try. Only downside, do not sit next to the windows if possible, it is too cold to sit there and enjoy your meal.

The blueberry pancakes I ordered were ok, they don't do turkey bacon or sausage, no flavored coffee creamer, and the portion size was kinda small at least from what I ordered, idk about everyone else.

Good service, good food nice atmosphere

Parking: Always so crowded at Tinley Park Il location there is not a good area to wait to be seated, not sure why the Mattson Il store was closed, Tinley has been way overcrowded since then.

My husband was served raw shrimp, we were told no baked potatoes, steaks were pretty fatty, so for the price (over $60 w/tip) I don’t think this was a good experience for us. We’ll come back but I hope they step up the food preparation and never serve undercooked food again. People can get very sick. Service was very good however.

Ordered curbside 2/15 for myself and my boyfriend and pretty sure they gave him food poisoning. We had eaten the same thing all day except when we ordered from here. I got pot roast and he got southern fried chicken. He has literally spent the day not being able to hold anything down or in. Order with caution and be sure to request your food is fresh.

Our server was nice and greeted us quickly. But it took forever to get our food and when we did it was only warm. My wife ordered soup, and it came out luke warm. The last four times that we have visited the Tinley Park location it takes a long time to get the food and its never hot when it comes out. I even called in a pick-up order, came at the time i was told and still had to wait 40 minutes for food what's the use of ordering ahead if you still have to wait when you get there. The portions are getting smaller the prices are going up and food quality (serving temperature) are going down. My wife and i have always enjoyed Cracker Barrel but some changes need to be made it seems like the kitchen if always short staffed

Food was not hot. Came our warm and only got colder.food took a while to get. Refills were harder to get. Steak fries were horrible. Not the same as before.
They were not busy. I think their quality is just going down. Everything we go it is just a bit more disappointing.

My French Toast tasted and looked as if they were fried in old grease. They were a lot smaller in size than I remember from previous times of ordering the same meal. My waitress; from her nose which was red. Seemed to have a cold or just getting over one. No mask.
