The service and the taste of the food has declined drastically! We went over for breakfast and the host did not grab utensils for us when taking us to our table. We waited a good 10 minutes before our server, Brooke, even arrived at our table. When she arrived, wet placed our orders, asked for water, lemons on the side, and some biscuits and jelly until our meal was ready.Everything from that point on was despicable. When our food arrived, my top pancake was hard, the hash brown casserole was runny and undercooked, and my eggs were not scrambled to my specifications. The pancakes were the first thing that I sent back. You’d think that might have been 5-10 minute task but noooo!!! When Brooke came back to ask us if there was anything rose that we needed I had to choose my words. I know that she was working but to see her going back and forth clearing tables, giggling with her coworker, and then showing up empty handed I was beyond upset. I told her that I would pay for the things that I ate and for them to take the rest of it off of my bill. She tried to blame it on the cook not informing her that my food was ready…really? I can promise you she didn’t even think to check whenever she was back there because she admitted to being distracted. She said that she’d get the manager to take care of the issue and she removed the entire meal from our bill.I know for a fact that I’ll never go back to dine in!! I used to love that place but it’s a wrap now.

Long line, good foods but it's very overwhelming when it's crowded while you are waiting in line. We checked in, and we waited like an hour for our tables to be ready, and the people that tell you your tables are ready, they are very Ignorant they treated us like we weren't even here and they like don't even try and it's very overwhelming when others are called and you are not. Please do not go here if you are the kind of person that does not like to experience this.

Although we were seated rather quickly, not only did it take a long time for a server to come to our ta le, our food took a while. I haven't been to Cracker Barrel for years but the commercials made me curious about their current menu offerings. I wasn't disappointed with my food, and the food complaints from my group came from the 2 people that ordered steaks, who said their steaks were wrong- one ordered medium, while the other wanted well-done. The overall experience just left me feeling blah...
