It's a cute as can be a cookie place where the menu changes every week. Originally, I wasn't into the hype until recently. I'm giving it 4 stars because sometimes the cookies don't hit and the price for water or other drinks is through the roof unnecessary.

Waited 45 minutes in line to place a regular order, while watching mobile orders walk in with priority. Some people who placed orders in less time than my wait period to even get my order taken. There needs to be a revamp of the process when there’s high volume. Disappointing that the basis of this was said to be because mobile orders get priority. Great, but if you’re noticing the same people waiting outside maybe reduce the number of mobile orders you allow.
