Took me over 25mins to try and order the food on the app. Then I went in the store took manager 15mins to do it because it was a special. Then another 20mins for my food. Manager tried to help. Never again

Order takers are always so polite. Someone walks around and checks with people. They use their names to make it more personable. They food is always great, no matter if I dine in or drive thru.

Always ask for condiments never get them they say yes pull forward. It's been the same for over a year if you pay and ask they act like will give ito you bit never do and if you ask them to give it at the window they act like you are being rude. Like this place besides this its been way too many times

My husband and I got the fried fish dinner and soon after we got done eating My husband said he had to use the bathroom! When he came out of the bathroom he said he had bad diarrhea!! About 15 minutes later I had to RUN to the bathroom as I also had diarrhea. I doubt very much that we will not be going there anytime soon!!
Culvers always has good food, but this time, we received a veggie burger without the top bun. I'm not quite sure how this could even happen?

After going back there a second time because they shorted my carry out order the last time they gave me a coupon for the item short I went back to redeem the coupon only to be shorted again. Lucky it was a dine in order I was able to get it corrected right away Will I go back. Will see

For the second time in a row, we waited a long time in the drive thru for our 4 PC. chicken tender order. At least 5 customers behind us got their orders before us.
