Stopped in tonight to celebrate my son’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special on his big day! Small acts of kindness go such a long way and the smile he had on the rest of the night is proof of that! Thank you!

Every person working was leaning. Soda area was a complete mess and not one employee cleaned the entire time we were here. Food came out cold. Said thank you sir for ketchup and got a nod and “yup”. Only needed to ask because the condition of the condiment table was more than disgusting. I’ve never been to a Culver’s that you could SMELL how unclean it was!

They forgot the chicken tenders, got accused of lying that we didn't get them, got food poisoning from the burgers.
Jada the manager was very rude I asked her if she was a manager she claimed to tell me she was but it didn’t seem like it with the attitude she had. I will never come back to this location ever again. I also have family that come to this location and live nearby and I will also tell them to come here again with that attitude she has she can go work somewhere else if she doesn’t like her job. Will never come back here again

Let me start off by saying, I never leave reviews, but if I could give 0 stars for this location, I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We went thru the drive thru around 6pm, and get to ordering - only to be cut off while I'm mid order and wasn't even done ordering. She told me we can take the rest of the order at the window- fine. I pull up to the window and tell Justin who was working the window that I wasn't finished ordering and he took the rest of my order. We pull up, and we are missing the ENTIRE kids meal, except the chocolate milk. My husband goes in, and everyone working was a bunch of teenagers, that were rude and barely acknowledged what had happened. They gave us the kids meal, but didn't apologize or even give us the time of day. We get home and my husband is missing tomato, lettuce, onion, and mayo that was supposed to be on the burger. We will absolutely never go to this location again.
