Dairy Queen (Treat)

Yea I’m definitely never going back. They tried to charge me for whipped cream on a banana split…the banana split is supposed to have whipped cream on it 😩 then tried to charge me extra because I didn’t want all 3 syrups I just wanted 2. Sheshhh

I Went to DairyQueen yesterday I got an Orange Cream Flavored Shake & REESE’s® Caramel Craze Blizzard® and it's was good

Wish they had a better menu. Ice cream was expensive.

Amazing customer service.

We got a birthday ice cream cake, much disappointment since I have had other locations ice cream cake. Chocolate flaky in the center, it’s not made right… better off going to jewel for an ice cream cake. And save the dollars! We didn’t get what we paid for.

I am soooo glad that today was FREEEE ice cream cone day.

We ordered a cake for my son’s birthday. My wife went to pick up In a hurry after work. They forgot it. The single employee working scribbled on a random cake. In a hurry didn’t check quality. Once home, realized it’s ineligible. I called they said bring it back. I left my son’s birthday party to go get what we paid for. 20 minute drive. She used a generic cake and wrote the message more legibly. Offered me 3 single dollar bills out of the register. Still, we have no idea what kind of cake it is. I’ll find out when I cut into it if it’s what he requested. Zero customer service. Zero customer satisfaction.

Terrible customer service!

We go here at least once a month. My last visit I was alone. I pretty much order the same thing. The amount of ingredients put in my blizzard have been getting less and less. May have to find a new place.

I ordered another awesome Ice-cream cake from Tinley DQ. This time it was for my grandsons 2nd Birthday. They always are so helpful and design the best cakes for every occasion. Thank you it was a perfect!

Recommended dishes: Birthday Cake

Went into this location to get a caramel sundae and it was eight dollars. He told me it was extra to get nuts and whipped cream. Don’t that come on a Sunday nuts and whip cream I’m confused but I refuse to pay eight dollars and I left the cups are smaller. The ice cream is less and you gonna charge me eight dollars for Sunday. I don’t think so.

Omg this place was absolutely terrible. I got a Mint chocolate chip blizzard and the guy didn’t even do the flip test, and as he handed it to me it was so liquidly. by far the most watery blizzard/ice cream i’ve ever had. as i walked out the door i told the guy to have a good day as i would expect a response back he was silent. Not even a thanks or you too???? I shrug it off and walk out the door the blizzard was SO liquidly it spilled EVERYWHERE i cannot believe this place do NOTT go here no matter how desperate.
