Kyla is so rude and inconsiderate to customers. This is my go to dunkin due to being close to my job and every time she works the drive through it’s TERRIBLE. The owner is always very nice and the new girl they hired is super sweet, they are the only reasons for the 2 stars. But Kyla needs some serious customer service training ASAP

The girl that’s working the drive-through this morning, really needs an adjustment attitude. I stop at the store quite frequently, and she is unfriendly, and is the least of all the people working there who should be taking care of customers at the window. Whatever I’m out, I am charged, I always tell them to keep the change, today was over a six dollar tip and she did not even so much to say thank you.

If I pay for a large ice coffee, 3 pumps of caramel, 3 pumps of butter pecan, and 1 pump of pumpkin spice, that's what I should get. I'm paying for it. I couldn't even ask them to fix it cuz I had to go hurry jack to work. I'm paying for the flavor. It was soooo plain and flavorless. Last time I go here

I wish I had asked for the girls name that made my order. But I wanna say thank you so much for your beautiful compliments and for all the positivity. Bonus to it all she made my drink really good and andddd top it all off prayed for me to have a good and blessed rest of my day. Girl thank you so much, you are the one with the beautiful eyes and I thank you for the positivity you greeted me with at the window bc you made a difference to my day. You helped put a smile on my face and it reflected different to the rest of my day. I am gonna stop by soon when I am in the area again and get my favorite mango pineapple refresher. The staff greeted me pleasantly and maintained friendly smiles throughout my entire stay. My coffee was prepared perfectly and my donut was fresh...at 12:30 in the afternoon! The bakery display was very well stocked. I have been to multiple locations over the years and a well stocked case and fresh donuts at this time of day is rare! I consistently receive prompt, friendly service at this Dunkin and my orders are always correct and delicious which is why I continue to visit. I usually visit the drive thru and no matter how long the line, the staff is always kind and treats me like a valuable person. When I go inside the store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly and focused. Last week a staff member on break saw me coming and came and opened the door for me. Such hospitality is rare! I truly appreciate the lovely people at this location!
