I ordered a large Midnight Blend coffee, but instead of being told it was unavailable, the employee handed me a completely different drink without saying a word. After I questioned it, I was told they had run out of Midnight Blend and that I was given an espresso with water, Dunkin’ Blend, cream, and sugar instead.

This is unacceptable. I was served something I did not order, without my consent, and without being asked about potential allergies. At the very least, I should have been told the item was unavailable so I could decide for myself. Instead, the worker took it upon themselves to throw random ingredients together and pass it off as my order.

This is careless, unsafe, and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency, not secret substitutions.

Kyla is so rude and inconsiderate to customers. This is my go to dunkin due to being close to my job and every time she works the drive through it’s TERRIBLE. The owner is always very nice and the new girl they hired is super sweet, they are the only reasons for the 2 stars. But Kyla needs some serious customer service training ASAP

The girl that’s working the drive-through this morning, really needs an adjustment attitude. I stop at the store quite frequently, and she is unfriendly, and is the least of all the people working there who should be taking care of customers at the window. Whatever I’m out, I am charged, I always tell them to keep the change, today was over a six dollar tip and she did not even so much to say thank you.
