I was in a funk this morning and decided to get myself some breakfast. The lady working the drive thru window at 7:30 on 10/4 (I wish I got her name) was SO kind. It actually made my morning 10x better. Thank you kind lady, the world needs more people like you!

This is absolutely the worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to and trust me I've been to many many dunkin' donuts in the area this one is now banned from my family! I don't know what it is but for some reason they just don't want to put caramel on top of any of their coffee even if you try to pay for it for some odd reason they treat caramel as liquid gold lol it is the weirdest thing stay away from this location they are rude and horrible and I'm sure this is why the owner doesn't reach back out for any bad reviews because they already know that they suck

terrible service. ordered 3 box of joe’s and an iced coffee at 2:30 and arrived at 2:55. and they told us we couldn’t go thru the drive thru because they weren’t done. i went inside and they were all done. when i asked to speak to the shift lead, she was extremely dismissive of me and rude. she kept repeating is that all while i was talking. this dunkin always has terrible service, i’ve never received service like this at any other dunkin.

I ordered a croissant sandwich online and when I arrived the attended stood chatting with his coworker holding my sandwich and not opening the window for some odd reason. I ordered a crossaint with egg and bacon, no cheese because I can’t have cheese. Ten minutes later I opened the bag and there was a crossaint with bacon and cheese, no egg. Why would I order an egg sandwich with no egg and at full price? And the crown on top is the sandwich was not warm AT ALL. Ice cold bacon and bread, and I had to peel the cheese off because I can’t eat it. Now I’m hungry because I needed the egg. I need a refund.

This Dunkin’ is extremely good. My friend and I went there after a long week and wanted some donuts, but realized we were short. This angel of a man gave us two free donuts, and didn’t even want pay. Even all the other times we went there, it was great. We had to pay in coins once and they didn’t complain. Would recommend coming here, the staff is great and would 100% recommend coming here.
I wish their donuts were better. Since they stopped making them on-site, they're just not the same.

Today is Easter Sunday. In the area to accompany my father to church. I ordered a small hot coffee with cold foam. Noticed that I did not get what I ordered. I was told they CAN’T put cold foam on hot coffee. (As if sugar and creamer aren’t special requests and are ALSO physically added per customer request.) They said they were doing me a favor by NOT charging me that time, as it is an additional cost. Well, note to business. It’s called an upsell. You’d actually make MORE MONEY by charging customers for what they want, instead of ignoring what they order. This would NOT be my regular coffee spot if I lived in the area. And on ALL DAYS! Easter Sunday! How rude…

I walked in this morning @9:20am .. waited to be acknowledged.. horrible customer experience. very rude !.. very dirty coffee stains all over cashier counter ,tables , bathrooms , condiment area !

Next time I return to this dunkin donuts I hope there is a better customer service person. There are too many childish untrained workers at the register. This is my second time going to this location. Greetings are important and rolling of the eyes are not something an Adult wants to see when waiting for the coffee they purchased. I recommend letting go of those who do not want their jobs. What a shame!
