Asked for bacon on the side manager Nicole made a huge deal about it said it against corporate rules I am very unhappy with my experience if she doesn’t like her job she should go work somewhere else. Putting the bacon on the side of a sandwich take no time or money just an easy way to make ur customers happy,

I pass up two Dunkin Donuts locations (143rd n Lagrange sucks) to get to this one! Always consistent and quick. Best location!! Keep it up Tinley location ☕️

I was in a funk this morning and decided to get myself some breakfast. The lady working the drive thru window at 7:30 on 10/4 (I wish I got her name) was SO kind. It actually made my morning 10x better. Thank you kind lady, the world needs more people like you!

This is absolutely the worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to and trust me I've been to many many dunkin' donuts in the area this one is now banned from my family! I don't know what it is but for some reason they just don't want to put caramel on top of any of their coffee even if you try to pay for it for some odd reason they treat caramel as liquid gold lol it is the weirdest thing stay away from this location they are rude and horrible and I'm sure this is why the owner doesn't reach back out for any bad reviews because they already know that they suck
