They’re up charging customers for nitro cold brew then just giving them regular cold brew. I asked the kids at the window why it didnt look like a draft pour and they told me cold foam is extra. I didn’t want cold foam, i wanted a NITRO cold brew that looks like the pic on the Dunkin menu. This is not what a Nitro cold brew looks like.

Been coming here for a while now. They were great at one point. No matter what time I went they were always consistent. Now, I ALWAYS try to catch the older workers in the early morning because after 12 the teenagers/ twenty years olds work the shift with such arrogance that the coffee I get doesn’t even taste right. I even drove back to fix my latte and one of the workers messed it up again and I let them know before I left and she tells me there’s nothing else they can do. Wasted money for mediocre service. Another incident happened with another worker giving us a straight up attitude. Went back in for a refund because the whole order was terrible she wasn’t too happy about it. Never coming back here again.

I ordered inside at this location on the morning of 12/6/24. I ordered 10 of the maple bacons for a work potluck. My co-workers love this bacon and it’s a fun (and kind of ridiculous treat) to bring each year around the holidays. The girl who took my order was kind and answered a question that I had about the menu.
As I’m waiting for my order, I overhear two other employees discussing my order and one commenting something along the lines of “who would spend this much on bacon?”. I found their loud conversation in front of a paying costumer to be rude and unprofessional. Don’t worry about what I’m spending my money on and focus on being professional at your job while you earn yours. This was my first and last time at this location.

order coffee decaf medium 7 days a week 2 cups 90 %of the time coffee is lukewarm not Hot like it should be thats 2 cups each time and we have to microwave 90 seconds at least even when we say hot coffee I already started to send it back if its not hot we spend 2112 dollars of coffee each year but 90 % of time we dont get what we paid for hot coffee ???? 4 times they also said they were out of decalf 1 hour before closing ???

Ever since they changed this location to a drive thru, the coffee has not been the same. It’s either watery or too bitter or not enough milk or flavor. Staff should be retrained how to make coffee.

This place always messes up the order and are rude. They gave me a hot coffee instead of iced, I asked them nicely if they could remake it. They gave it back to me by pouring the hot coffee in a different cup with obviously melted ice. I was so mad and had to go back through the drive thru to tell then how disappointed I was and to remake it. No apologies or anything. So disrespectful.
