Rude drive through staff. Threw my food around and gave me a broken straw that was clearly previously unwrapped.
I came here asking for a light ice they give me half her beverage singing that they can feel it more but they'll have us charge me. Are you joking? All I did was ask for light ice and you're telling me that you're going to give me half a cup. I come in here at least once a week since I literally work next door but I will not be back as they also burnt my sandwich and the drinks aren't even that good. Also the girl behind the counter gave me the biggest attitude when I asked her why she can't just give me a light ice and why that's such a big deal. Guess I'll have to find a new spot to get lunch.

This dunkin has the worst coffee it taste burnt and they hardly put any ice in the coffee and it never taste they put any flavor or cream in there never going there again 😡
i genuinely try to dodge complaining because I wanna be an understanding person, especially of food service. but i came in an hour before close and got an iced chai w/ cookie butter cold foam. the guy did not say one word the whole time, gave me a cup of milk where i couldnt taste any chai, and didnt add the cookie sprinkle on top.

Every single time I order donuts here the frosting is completely melted off all over the bag when I ask for a different one they give you attitude this morning the cashier yelled here’s your coffe and almost threw it at me because she was mad that I wanted a different donut with frosting on it. Terrible customer service! I made sure I told her before I left that don’t give people donuts that look like that!
This was A dunkin donuts Baskin robbins combo store.There were two people working. One was too busy mapping the floor to help the other one with customers. I ordered a butter pecan and caramel shake at the drive thru. I sat there at the window At least ten to fifteen minutes. The guy scooping ice cream at the counter was so ridiculously slow. Once he finally got around to making my shake, He finally brought it to me and I could tell it was as runny. When I said to him it was too thin.He said oh I was trying to make it thicker and when i tasted it.I'm like there's ice chips in it.This is a Supposed to be a shake not an iced coffee. I asked him to make it again. The second time as I watched him , I realized he didn't put an incarmel in it , but that at that point I didn't Even care. Then he handed me another runny milk consistency cup. At that pointI just asked for a refund. As I drove away, I realized he gave me the wrong amount of mobecause.They charge me for Carmel.Originally, and then on the second shake, he forgot to put it in.So when he refunded me he didn't refund me for the caramel. All in all , it was about a thirty minute waste of time and I lost a dollar. Apparently they don't train their staff.How to make the products they sell.

I don't understand why there is trash all over the place outside. Ridiculous. May i add everyone in the drive through can see it. Not even in their property. But it's dunkin trash. Clean up after yourself and stop making it look so trashy.

I don’t understand how the orders are never right. I stopped ordering drinks from this location months ago because they are likely to mess up a cup of ice water it’s ridiculous. I had no choice but to stop here a few mins ago because it was on my way to work and i ordered two maple bacon wraps and didn’t even get the maple bacon. They also never give you a receipt so you can’t ever make a formal complaint. There needs to be a lot of retraining. For both staff and managers.

Went there 10,15 on July 30 ordered 3 Bismarck and 3 chocolate donuts got home only got 3 chocolate donuts I go there once a week after dalalis from now on I'll go to Orlando bakery
Must have been invisible today. wanted to order 3 dozen donuts and bagels - welp, stood there for several minutes being ignored. Apparently, they did not want my business. Went to Dunkin on 171st Street. Excellent service! Won't be back.

Terrible service. Had an app issue. Employees claimed they could not refund me in the store--call customer service. Refused to provide customer service phone number because they don't know. Told by MOD I should "look it up" myself. A business can take my money, but not rectify an error. Unacceptable.
If "Katie" is the owner/manager of this crew, DO BETTER. There is no excuse for that behavior.

If you prefer your donut melted and you like to lick the frosting off the paper bag, if you like your croissant stale and not heated up then this location is for you. Highly recommended.
