Coming off a 12 h night shift, I ordered the wrong sandwich and came back to order the correct one. As much as I love coffee and most of the time, I get the right order with the adjustments when applicable. Occasionally, I ordered Iced Macchiato and some changes/add, however they didn't follow what I asked. How would they measure ice to fill from no, light, standard, to more??? See an attached picture, do they confuse less ice for standard ice? I recommend that they test how to measure ice to fill based on the size of the cup.Checklist:0) no ice1) less/light ice2) standard...
