Wow I really wanted some pizza today but after reading the most recent reviews I will pass. The owner needs to get his ship in order before it sinks. See this story play out all too many times

While I love me some Tinley Durbin's much like many locals I'm sure, the quality of the food I have received the past few orders has been very much lacking the old Durbin's touch Ive known from being in the neighborhood a few decades. Fries taste like they've been frozen too long, wings show up dried up hardly any sauce left. And before you (or any blonde ladies) blame me for not ordering pizza. I did! And it was pretty bland. Long story short, I spent 40 dollars, but the food that showed up looked hardly worth 30 & tasted like it cost 25. Hope to update this a little better eventually, but enough is enough!

I googled Durbins, order online website pops up first. I ordered online, and when I show up to pick up the pizza, I find out that ordering online negates the half off Mondays. The blonde lady behind the counter blames me for ordering online, not the fact their online system does not work properly. Their website does not give you warning that you do not get half off. Why am I paying full price when their website does not work properly?

I’ve never witnessed an employee be so short, disrespectful, dismissive, and belittling to every person who called or came in as the blonde working the register during the evening of our visit 9/6/24. I hope the owner understands how much money this lady is costing the business. If she is the owner, maybe this isn’t the right industry for her. I’ve been to Durbin’s multiple times and because of this lady, this visit will be my last. Customers aren’t an interruption of your job, they’re the reason for it. Everything positive this place has going for it is ruined by the interactions with this lady.

When I go there I'm always greeted by only 1 person.
The others will look directly at me but never speak, never ask do I want anything. Just my observation. 99% if the time I'm just there for the slots because it's quite most of the time.

Stopped in here before a concert. Pizza was a little pricey but it was really good. Beer prices very reasonable.

Lake perch is back and tasted great and they even made the fries extra crispy like i asked.no hard liquor ? and half a waitress that only brings out your food after you order at the counter ?

Met two friends here because it was a midway point for all of us. Noon on Sunday was quiet, but the staff were delightful, the food delicious, regular customers going in and out all said hello to us too (!!) and we enjoyed it a lot.

Got Chicken Parm. Lots of sandwich for price, but missing authentic taste. Wife got Club Sandwich and liked it very much.

The pizza is good here, if they make the right one. They made the wrong pizza a month ago and offered to make an additional one to make up for it. We did not want to wait, so they offered a $25 credit and would put it on our phone number for our next order. When we called for our next order they claimed they had no record of this. The blonde woman was not willing to do anything until I insisted she call. She called the another coworker who was working the night of the original order who remembered the mix up and confirmed there was an offer to make up the difference in price, not matching what was said at the time. The blonde was not helpful and was very defensive stating she had not mixed it up, even though Durbin’s had. No accountability here and horrible customer service. People are not trying to rip you off Durbin’s, just get what we actually ordered and not have to argue about it.

Ordered a pizza, they got the order wrong, that's fine. We call to try and get it fixed and the woman over the phone gives us some attitude but that's fine. We go to pick up the pizza and the blonde woman is extremely rude, continuously blames a young lady for ringing up the order wrong when we're much more upset about the woman's attitude, just is argumentative at every turn, doesn't care about making things right, keeps laughing with the chefs about needing order 300, after waiting for 35 minutes for our replacement pizza we got a refund and left. I'm pretty lenient with service people, but there was no humanity left in this poor woman.
