It hurts me to write this review as I want to love this place. The owner, the beers, the vibe is great. Unfortunately, the manager working when the owner isn’t around makes this a unpleasant experience. We have witnessed the manager talk poorly to the other staff and berate them in front of customers, to where our server apologized to US for his behavior. On Saturday nights, he has turned away a crowd of people willing to pay at 9PM while the place is full, only to close early....read full review
Great staff and really good food. What really stuck with me, though, was the owner’s generosity — he donated to a benefit we held for my friend last year, and I wasn’t even a regular at the time. That kind of support, especially from a business that had only been open a year and a half, says a lot. Total class act. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer.
