I’m usually not a person that leaves bad reviews, but I was astounded by an interaction I had with an employee. I have autism so it’s already hard enough for me to speak up and ask what I want, but in this situation I had asked for extra mayo on my sandwich. The worker looked and me and went “there’s mayo packets in the lobby” in the middle of making my sandwich as she was putting mayo on it. I have sensory issues so the last thing I really wanted to do was pull apart my sandwich and deal with the mess of everything because it makes me very uncomfortable. It was just very shocking because I didn’t feel like it was much extra work, considering it was a BLT where you don’t even have to cut the meat or cheese but I really didn’t want to cause a scene. I frequent this location but after that interaction I’m left with a lot more social anxiety and don’t think I want to come back anymore.

We don’t eat pork. One of the worker OFFERED to clean the meat slicer we didn’t ask (they just sliced pork) they were very kind and started to do this. The MANAGER then stated “that’s little excessive” as they were cleaning it. The boy cleaning seemed immediately uncomfortable when she said that. The other workers were very kind and considerate. We said we can go somewhere else if it’s too complicated. She immediately stopped speaking after that. I just can’t comprehend as a manager why do you care & don’t you respect others? We frequent this jersey mikes I’d say weekly. Just a terrible attitude and behavior. Not coming back will tell everyone we know and contact corporate. Also the place was dead not busy so still very confused.

Went in for a #8. Mike's way. Add pickle. light on the juice. Result was heavy juice and no pickle. Perhaps the tall guy making my order should dance less and do his job. Never coming to this Jersey Mikes again. OBVIOUS MANAGEMENT ISSUES!!!! Lady came in right before I ordered wondering why she didn't get mayo on her sandwich. I thought she was absurd. I was wrong. This PLACE is absurd. They hire people who don't care and dance.

I was there an hour ago. After waiting what seemed to be 10 minutes for my pickup order, the lady (I assume the manager on duty) informed me part of the order had not even been started yet, while they were starting the orders for customers who came in 5-10 minutes after me. When I asked why they would cut other customers in front of me who came in after me, her response was so crazy and dishonest, it's mind boggling. In answer to my question why they were passing over me to make the orders for customers who came in 5-10 minutes after me, she said she was not going to pass over those customers for me. When I told her she was putting quite a spin on it and repeated that I was the one getting passed over, she said they weren't going serve me my order at all now. This psycho kicked me out the store because I asked why they were making me wait so long and serving customers before me who came in after me - just for asking a reasonable question that any reasonable customer would ask. Jersey Mike's should not be employing such a psychotic liar.

My wife and I were in there today 6-21-25 at 1pm. While in there the workers were not listening to the customer's and messed up both of the orders in front of us. When it was our turn they got my wife's correct but when it came to mine the lady putting the toppings on again didn't listen and put toppings on that I didn't want and argued with me that I asked for it. They need to train the employees better they all seem like they just rush through everything. This isn't the first time either and it will be the last

I see this place got mixed reviews.
I personally loved it. I was going to have a Turkey sub which is my favorite, however I saw they just finished cutting ham and I don’t like my food having cross contamination with pork. I also don’t want to make them stop in a busy time to clean the slicer for me.
I opted to have the daily special, cheesesteak. I had it Mikes Way!
Absolutely delicious. Service was very polite. Those peppers they use are amazing.

Ordered online and the food was ready 20 minutes after it was supposed to be, people who came into the store after me and ordered inline got their food before me. Go elsewhere
I love their sandwiches! Their ingredients are always fresh and I like how they cut the meat thin when you ask. The bread is never stale and the service is great. 🥪 😊

Placed an online order to be delivered. What was ordered was not available. I received a call from Kenny sharing what I ordered was not available and Kenny offered several options to me and apologized several times regarding the out of stock. Being someone that has worked in customer service, I greatly appreciated the customer service I received from Kenny. Kenny is an asset to the Jersey Mike team! Keep up the great work Kenny, you are appreciated!!!😃👍
