I received a call from Kenny sharing what I ordered was not available and Kenny offered several options to me and apologized several times regarding the out of stock. Being someone that has worked in customer service, I greatly appreciated the customer service I received from Kenny. Kenny is an asset to the Jersey Mike team! The woman working the pickup orders was drowning, and no one was helping her. Unfortunately, her time management is awful as well, and needs more pep in her step or help. She halfway completes an order and moves on to another one while customers are standing around waiting to pick up their food. People are walking in and getting their food in record time, meanwhile, there's 6 people standing and waiting for pickups. I walked in about 1155am with my food pickup at 12pm. I left at 1217pm.
I watched my sandwich get completed, wrapped and placed in a pickup bag where it sat for 5 mins while the woman moved on to complete another order. She then called for someone's name (an order she completed after mine) and then for my name. That makes no sense as my order literally sat there....complete and not on the pickup area.
Maybe she was having a bad day, but many people only get 30 mins for lunch. The point of picking up is so it's ready to walk in and walk out.

Customer service is usually amazing.
Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience and received absolutely terrible customer service e from Ashley a āmanagerā who hung up on me twice after telling me my concern was not valid. I will never return to this location again.
Ordered a BLT extra bacon- this is half of my regular sized sub. Didnāt notice until I took a bite. Doesnāt look like extra bacon- this is a regularly ordered sandwich in this house we know what to expect. $22 for this to be delivered.
* management contacted me and gave me a refund for the $22.

Has a rack for online orders, but hoards the bags behind the counter and ignores the customer coming to pick it up. I waited for 20 minutes and made eye contact with at least three of the employees. They just stood and talked in the back. Ridiculous.

The wife is from the east coast and I fell in love with the Italian sub, number 1. Jersey Mike's is the closest sub to the east coast sub around. Since Jersey Mike's opening we have one about every ten days. This location has become our favorite spot. Caution don't get this and get back in your car and eat it. The sandwich has vinegar and oil and sometimes it will drip out so eat it over something.

Waited 25 min for one sandwich at this location
Went there for my lunch break today and something about the way they spoke was just rude. I asked for extra mayo itās like he put more on the outside than in. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half , it was not. The chicken tasted undercooked and to top it off I found a long blonde hair in my sandwich which made me gag! I was disappointed and Iām still hungry š©š©
