Very unprofessional this is the second time i’ve ordered from here off the app and go in to hear that something of theirs is out of stock if there out of stock they should say that on the app , first it’s there ranch then we never got our money back, and now they ran of of lettuce i’m hoping i get my money back this time, NEVER order off the app from this location or better yet never go here. Orland park is way better in every way from service and food next time i’ll make the trip.

On 10/25/23, I ordered three sandwiches. The cashier touched my sandwich without changing gloves to wrap it up. When I asked him if another sandwich could be made because of the cross contamination, he started to gaslight me saying he doesn’t see the problem. Then, he kept saying he could cancel my whole order and became very condescending. I was very upset by his passive aggressive behavior and rude customer service that I just left. This employee should not be interacting with the public and is a disgrace to the Jersey Mikes brand.

Love this location Amanda is my favorite here. She recommended a sub to me the first time I came in. She and the rest of the crew have a great attitude and Amanda goes the extra mile everyone I come in here to give the best possible customer service. I worked in customer service for years. Her customer service is absolutely exceptional. I recommend this location. The food is excellent!

Simply Beautiful

Upon arrival, I noticed my order was on the side, and no one greeted me. Granted, there were other customers in line and waiting. I thought I would have been asked if I had a call-in while they simultaneously worked on other orders. One person cashed a customer out and never looked my way while I stood by the rack where the bag should have been so I could get my order and leave. But no. I waited until someone felt like they wanted to ask if I had a call-in order. By this time, after waiting 5-6 minutes, I was highly irritated because they had multitasking issues. This was the first and the last time I would be visiting this establishment. The sandwich was extremely salty I could not eat but a fourth. I really want my money refunded.Update new location Flossmoor, IL?????Great experience. I was greeted promptly and after waiting a few minutes I was asked the name for my mobile order. I didn't wait much longer. He worked on a few orders and then completed mine. What I most appreciate about this experience —is that I was greeted and acknowledged as a customer should be.I don't know the young man who waited on me but, he is outstanding at making those sandwiches!

I LOVE these sandwiches, BUT this location is terrible!!! After waiting 15min. My "Mike's famous Philly" was very dry, had very little onions, very little peppers and was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted! Ordered it with mayo and they didn't add it! Very poor management and the cook needs to be FIRED! This location is incredibly terrible! Go to subway instead!

To those who possess the planet more than others, if you’re going to place an order big enough to feed 20 people, call the friggin thing in. Myself and half a dozen other people had to stand there a watch your catering order being made. Workers, if someone makes an order that large, have them take a seat and wait while someone else can run the damn business.
