On 1/20/25 I purchased a turkey sandwich with tomato, lettuce and cucumbers, the sandwich tasted weird so I opened it up and the veggies were old and wilted with a smell to it. The following day I was sick, I called the shift manager and he said there's nothing he can do! How about serving fresh food. I wasted my money and got food poisoning...

Good sandwiches. Got catering made quickly also. Only thing is they wouldn't put cucumbers on side even tho it is a freebie. Very strange of them not to do that when they can put other stuff on side.

They don't accept Freaky Fast Rewards, won't be back. There's another store in town that you can use your rewards.
Typical Jimmy John's the bread and everything tasted fresh, but for almost $9 for a sandwich. The meat seemed to be sliced extra thin. I've been to other locations and this one seemed to skimp on the meat. When they handed me my sandwich, my first thought was are there any ingredients in there!?
When you dont stand behind ur food and sandwhich is trash. Ill never come back to this location. As an owner you should know better then treat a customer like

They always have the grossest ice. Every time I go here and get a drink, as soon as I put ice in my cup, you can see black specs all over the ice. It’s gross.Also, why do they STILL give out mustard packets instead of putting the mustard on the sandwich for me…. I’m paying for YOU to make the sandwich, not me lol

1st time visiting had an issue with my sandwich, manager made it over with no problem. Staff was nice and friendly. The food was delish. Will return.

They don't let You use Your rewards and the keypad is kept in a drawer behind the register. What's the point of having the rewards program if this location doesn't let You use them?

Great customer service today. Thank you for taking care of me and my mom. Our turkey sandwiches were great!
Normally have had no issues but most recent order was a disappointment. Got the club Lulu that’s supposed to have extra meat. It was maybe 2 slices of turkey and one and a half of bacon. I asked for reg cucumber and they were maybe 3 slices.
They are consistent at this location and friendly. The only problem is they are really not freaky fast with deliveries. The last 3 times I have ordered from there it took about an hour to get a sandwich. When you order on the app it doesn’t give you an ETA but it is really disappointing mainly because I order from there at times when I am on a short time frame.
Would not honor my Jimmy John's gift card. Francesco, who said he was the owner, stated card could not be read. Left this location and went to different Jimmy Johns. Card worked perfectly.
