This isn’t the fanciest place in the world. But you know what? Many of the best Asian restaurants aren’t. This place is a spinoff from a larger Asian chain. Unlike many other restaurants of this nature, there are a large number of excellent Korean dishes. And unlike most, there is consistent good quality in several different types of Asian cuisine. Often you’ll find an Asian restaurant that has very good Japanese or Chinese food but lousy Thai food. Here everything is consistently good.
But with that this place apart is the Boba. This is probably the best Boba we’ve had in the Midwest. And despite my name, we are an Asian family! We know our Boba. And this is our first choice outside hopping on a plane and flying for 15 hours.

By far the best Asian restaurant I’ve ever eaten from. It should have a 4.6 rating at least.
I took my grandkids out for dinner, and they chose JoJo's. It really looked great after the remodeling. The staff was very patient with my grandkids and checked back often. We had beef Japanese dumplings and shrimp spring rolls for appetizers. Both were fresh and mouth-watering. For entrees we had beef lo mein and Korean bibimbap, both were huge and delectable. Of course, we all had fruit teas with Boba, the highlight of our meal, so refreshing and perfect with the food.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this place. I was extremely excited for the renovation. We went we ordered the beef brisket wonton pho. Now honestly it is my fault for not asking, I don’t eat pork or shellfish for religious reasons. The wontons in the beef brisket pho had both pork and shellfish. But I definitely was not expecting the pork or shellfish to be in a beef named item. There was no shellfish warning either. So when we got the soup and something told me to cut open the wonton, it didn’t look brown so I called over the waiter to ask. She said oh it’s filled with pork and shrimp. So i told my boyfriend and he said we should return it. Now I had no problem with all of that. It was the attitude and service that happened afterwards. Now it’s not that loud on the store so I can hear them talking about it. People were also yelling in the kitchen. There was a lady in the back glaring at us and made it very obvious she was unhappy. The attitude was so dead from then on out. No one came to check on us and we were met with frowns or meh faces for the rest of our stay which made it very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The rest of the food was amazing and the boba is delicious. Service was amazing before the situation happened.

They have every flavor of boba tea you can imagine! They also have other drinks as well. If you want to dine in and eat that is also and option. Ive had the food once, wasn't impressed but the boba is great! The desert cups they have is an acquired taste its not for everyone.
