Little Caesars Pizza

The success of my Sunday night was left in the hands of a sole worker ( that was most likely out of it) and a man wearing purple bat ears. And they still delivered absolute greatness. Overall, me and my friend waited there so long I actually considered submitting an application for the night shift - but I am really impressed with how amazing my order came out despite being understaffed. Huge props to the Batman and Robin of little Ceasers.

Go literally anywhere else and dont waste your time. The quality of the food has gone downhill and the wait times are ridiculous. There is no reason why I should be told that my pizza would only take fifteen minutes to make, and then I'm stuck waiting another hour and a half. Waste of time, money, and energy. Its a shame to see how downhill this store has gotten.

Horrible service. The owners of this franchise should pay much closer attention to their employees; honestly, they're useless. I bought four pizzas, and three of them weren't cut properly and were completely misshapen—the crust was too thick on one side and too thin on the other. This is definitely the last time I buy from the Tinley Park branch; it's always a bad experience there.

So, this is my usual Little Caesar’s. Normally, it is good, but today my order went very wrong. My crazy bread was not properly cut in the prep phase, so it was a mess and stuck together, I added a pic of that. The classic cheese I ordered was over done and cold. The slices and sticks order I made was just a pepperoni pizza. No sticks with bacon. The workers were super friendly, and I did not check the pizzas before I left. Always check your pizzas before you go. I don’t know if it was someone’s first day or what…

Extremely Dirty ,lazy workers ,computers don’t work ,no hot and ready pizzas how much worse can this place get for the owner to do something about it

We placed an order online. When the pizzas arrived, they were no longer in a circular shape and the toppings were inside of the boxes and not on the pizzas. The delivery time was changed a couple of times.
We called the restaurant only to be told that the employee was only taking orders and that we were being transferred to the complaint line where we were left on hold and remained there until after our arrival at the restaurant where I then hung up.
The workers were ALL in the back, a few walked towards the front but didn't come to the counter. We waited approximately 10 minutes or more after knocking on the door and attempting to get some form of customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

No hot n ready pizzas

This place made me sick, the smell of mildew came off on me and my wife by the time we got to the car from waiting 20 minutes. Never got the food either, wasn’t worth it, was afraid the food would get us sick and the wait time was excessive

Absolutely disgusting! It was dirty and smelled like mildew. Worker was covered in flour, nails dirty. I didn’t even want my food anymore and just walked out.

I ordered 5 different pizzas. I get there and it was empty and took 10 minutes for them to take care of me because the workers were in the back. They gave me my order. Once I got home all were undercooked, all greasy, and disgusting.
