I’ll start by saying this is budget pizza, I know that and I didn’t have high expectations, but it’s hard to do pizza poorly. That being said, this was absolutely awful. I don’t know what they’ve done in the last few years but the pizza had a noticeably funny smell and taste that is not what I remember. I couldn’t even eat one slice. I think if I’d “cooked” a frozen pizza in the microwave it would have tasted better than this. Lesson learned. The crazy bread tasted okay, but like the photos shown, it didn’t include whole sticks like it used to. It was partial sticks that were twisted and looked thrown together. I will not be returning. If you need quick and fast pizza, hit up the Pizza Hit by 159th and 80th or drive down the street to Domino’s. I can pretty much guarantee it will be worth the extra few blocks.

This is an ok shop. It’s very small, very outdated, and is very understaffed. It also is in need of a facelift. We went y here to get pizza for Super Bowl LIX, and the food was ok. Some areas were dry, others wet, and it was cheesy. The service, once again, isn’t very good because it will take a long time to make or get orders because they have little staff many times. I would rather go to Durbin’s, they have great food.

I have to edit my stars down to a 2. I always order my food online, and maybe 75% of the time its ready or close to ready. but there are days like today where its absolutely horrible. I arrived about 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time and was told it will be another 10 minutes. after 40 minutes go by, I just asked them to cancel my order. I understand you may be understaffed or there was a very large order before mine, but don't lie to me an tell me it will be another 10 minutes. There were even 2 people who were waiting longer than me. Their app ais also horrible for not being able to properly determine how long before my pizza can go into the oven. Just don't lie to your customers!!

They should hire someone to work just the front cash register during busy hours. I waited about 25 minutes for someone to come to the front to get my prepaid online order and it was cold and missing my sauces (assuming it was ready for a while and everyone working was too lazy sitting in the back). There was also a line of 5+ people behind me and no urgency from staff to get customers taken care of. I suggest going elsewhere.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food. 2 stuffed crusted pepperoni pizzas, an order of crazy bread combo Italian cheese bread and wingsALL BUT THE WINGS CAME RAW. I tried contacting the store I cannot get ahold of them and I’m out 50 dollars. NEVER NEVER AM I COMING BACK TO ANY LOCATION. And I will be requesting a refund or disputing the transaction this is utter bullshit

Worst pizza place ever It takes years to get your order what’s the point to order ahead online you get there and not even start your order and wait another hour at the store that’s insane these places doesn’t care about the customer at all

Hate writing negative reviews but this was just terrible. I know I’m not expecting top tier service. Placed an online order and was notified it was ready for pickup. I go into the establishment and the woman proceeds to stall pretending to look for the pizzas and mop. She then says the order was somehow canceled. Waited an additional 30 minutes to have my order completed. Not the first time it’s happened as it’s been done a couple times.

WOW!!!!! The absolute WORST experience I’ve had in my whole life. Whichever employee was there on 12/28 around 9:40pm was incredibly rude. He answered the phone screaming “YO” and he sounded like a 15 year old! He canceled my order 10 minutes before I arrived, when I ordered it 2 hours before!!!! Whoever is managing this location needs to be fired including that employee.

Jim, who works at The Little Caesar’s in Tinley Park gives phenomenal customer service. He has only worked there a few weeks, but we sure are glad he is there ! Keep up the great job Jim ! Because of people like you, we will definitely be back !
