I always have some of issue at this location. Always a wait and it seems as though they are short staffed each time I go there. I think management needs A LOT of improvement at this location.

This place is horrible if you don’t like your job y work herewait you guys can’t do anything right or you guys are straight up lazy that’s y you work here cause you guys can’t do nothing right so you choose the minimum paying job pathetic.

I order my food at 6:48pm, the online system told me my order should be ready around 7:26pm. I left home at 7:15pm and took a 13 minute drive to the restaurant. I arrived and sat in my car for an additional 20 minutes to finish a call. I exited my car at around 7:38pm. While in the restaurant I checked the tracker at 7:45pm it informed me my order hadn’t left the cooker. I sat in line waiting(still here as I type the time is now 8:06) and still have not been provided with my order. Look I get having to make the best out of a hectic day but completely ignoring your customers without any updates because y’all in the back arguing etc and then getting mad at the customers is insane.

it says they close at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends and i got there at 825 and they had already closed. i was sitting there knocking and calling thier phone for about 10 minutes until i decided to give up. i get the employees want to get home to their family but if you are going to close the place early at least post it on your website so people don’t have to take the time out of their day sitting and knocking at the doors for no one to answer.

I waited over an hour and a half for my order. I did an online order and I was wondering why it still wasn’t ready! I go inside to check and it was packed with people! Other people complaining they been waiting for over an hour or two. Only one guy employee would come up to the front and people had to ask where is my order then he would run to the back and all of a sudden have that person order and Not once did he or anyone come to the front to explain what was going on or to say sorry. And on top of all of that he gave me the wrong order!!

I can’t give it zero stars, ordered crazy stuff pizza and got some hard bread crust with no cheese, called and was on hold for 35min while I drove there and they were looking at me with a daze like they don’t know what’s going on… poor poor customer service and my pizza was hard tasted old and you don’t even get an apology sorry for the inconvenience nothing. Like they don’t know what they are doing it’s insane.. never will I come back to this location!!!! Nope it’s obvious they don’t want my $$$$$

The service is rubbish and not good. I waited an hour for my order. He found faults with the order. It was burned and the oven was ruined. Once again, I did not have an order. They have no respect for customers I do not recommend visiting this restaurant.

I placed an order online for delivery. They delivered the wrong order. Called them to explain the issue but no response. Very bad customer serviceThey put you on hold for 20 minutes and then tell you we have to transfer your call and wait another 30 minutes no answer !!
