Waitstaff was rude and unattentive. We arrived at 345pm on a Thursday, party of 3. Told our thin crust 1 topping pizza would take 40 minutes..okay. Ordered salad appetizers. The pizza took 1 hr and 25 minutes to arrive and when it did it looked and tasted terrible. Barely ANY cheese at all, no flavor, just awful. I love pizza, and rarely have I ever not liked a pizza, even a frozen one. This was terrible. Also, they had Fox news on every tv showing a political debate which is the last thing we want to see while out dining. This location needs to do much better. Not worth $1

My friend is visiting from California and wanted to try the crustless pizza and he was not disappointed. We also had the Malnati salad and bar-b-lou wings. Everything was delicious and our waiter was great.

Yum! The deep dish is worth the wait, and it's so nice that it's available in a little personal size! I had sausage and mushroom and it was great!

Excellent pizza in a bright room with lots of seating indoors and even more outside. Busy but we were seated quickly and their cheesy bread was to die for.
We had a Chicago pizza with pepperoni on it that was really good and there’s a crust to it that you simply will not be able to forget. The cheese was a creamy mixture of mozzarella and something else ——-terrific!
The Lou personal pan pizza that we also got was a lot bigger than what would feed one person.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bathrooms are definitely wheelchair accessible. No bumpy door ways to try to get through. Everything was completely flat, and the space between tables even was great.

Everybody told me Lou Malnati’s made Chicago best deep dish pizza, but if this is the best… I don’t want to try another one. Crust had very little flavor, same goes for the sausage and the sauce.

The pizza was delicious! We had the "Lou". Natalie was a great server! Knowledgeable and friendly. This was our first visit here. We'll be back!?
