In the area from out of town and everyone suggested one of two places. This was the place we chose. Pizza was just pizza. Sauce wasn't anything to write home about.

I don't care what you call it. If you don't like this you don't like pizza. I don't think I've ever said this before but Jon Stewart mightve been wrong on this one. Legitimately a life changing slice of pizza got a Lou's and added marinara pepperoni and sausage and will get another every chance I get for the rest of my life

Driving through on the south side of Chicago back to Cleveland and picked up two pies! They were awesome and could hardly wait...broke some speeding laws. Worth it!

While cooked well, for me the sauce was very watery and the sausage was bland. This has not beeny experience in the past, so maybe it was just a bad day.

2 pick ups, always so delicious and my server was courteous, smiled and made sure I had whatever I wanted.

Ordinarily this location is pretty good with their service. I ordered a pizza for delivery and had to wait over two hours for delivery. The young lady on the phone had no idea of when we would get our pizza and offered a refund. Also, the app they used to update the customers kept giving inaccurate information. I should have just ordered from Nancy’s Pizza.

We have been going to this Lou Malnati's for a while. It is over 20 minutes from our house, and we pass a few pick up Lou's, but there is nothing like a fresh hot one. The manager is always great, very social, always says hello. The blonde bartender/waitress is always super helpful and over-the-top with customer service. Last night we went for dinner with our son and his girlfriend. Sonia was our waitress and let me tell you, I could not get enough of her. She was so fun and so friendly and made our night so much better just by her personality. She just has a natural way about her and her happiness is infectious!! Just wanted to say kudos to Sonia for making our night great!!
