Ordered a 5$ meal deal here once and I got 5 nuggets in the box instead of 4. It was almost like finding Christ all over again.

I ordered our food on the app. Still had to wait for food when we got there. Kids (workers) playing around with each other. I order a shake no whip cream and even on my receipt. Give me a shake with whip cream. I say how I ordered. POURS the whip cream off and attempts to hand me a DIRTY CUP. I ask for a new cup, gives me a small cup and says that's a medium. When in actuality it was a small. So done after this. I just wanted my food and to get to an appointment

We travel a lot, and McDonalds is always a quick stop. This particular McDonalds is a regular stop, because it is close to family. It is one of our 3 favorites!

Staff is always cheerful, and the food is always on the table quickly.

Placed an order online for pickup, get to the drive thru just to be told they cancelled the order with that not being brought to my attention prior to arriving to pick up my order. We then ask to speak to a manager, the manager Mirea gets to the window and immediately starts giving an attitude, doesn’t try to diffuse the situation in anyway, threatens to call the police because we asked for a receipt on the order or some sort of proof stating the amount of money that was taken from my account for the order - was going to be refunded to my account. The pending payment is still there. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. The lack of customer care and the attitude from every employee including management, is absurd. Horrible staff and even more horrible customer service. Especially for the amount of money they are expecting to be paid hourly there. Mirea should be fired, poor excuse for a manager.

Don’t waste your time or money go to the one on Harlem and 159th. They don’t ever provide the receipt after you pay, drive thru sound doesn’t work, food is sloppily put together so half of the stuff falls out when you lift, and the employees don’t care, super long wait times and since you aren’t given a receipt you can’t check that the order was correct. So after wasting 20 minutes it’s not worth even making a second order.

Hello, I’d like to report an issue with my recent order. I ordered a cheeseburger with ONLY ketchup, but the one I received had everything on it, which I did not request.
This was very disappointing, and I couldn’t eat it because it wasn’t made the way I ordered.

This place stops serving breakfast at 10:20am…any mobile order placed after that time, your order will be processed, money will be taken, and your food will not be available. Manager says funds will automatically refund back but they don’t. McDonald’s corporate page says contact the store manager. Just a complete run around instead of customer service in providing a different option or a refund.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. I asked to buy the boo buckets without food for my kids since they don’t eat fast food. They saw them advertised and wanted them. The cashier refused to sell them to me so I had to drive to the other two McDonald’s in Orland park to buy them. Bad customer service and they were rude and not consistent like other stores. My grandma got a fry and drink the next day and said the fries were stale and the ice tea old and rotten. I wouldn’t recommend! Parking lot is also a nightmare getting in and out it’s in a bad location smashed next to chase bank.

I been coming to this location with my grandkids for a little over a year and I find it very disappointing that on many visits there is minimal staff and many don't speak or understand English, And I'm multi cultural so I'm NOT being prejudice. The wait time can be ridiculous, and there does not have to be a crowd but the most disappointing thing is the doors are heavy and they're NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY OR STROLLER FRIENDLY! There is a smoothed out portion of sideway to enter but that's it. The food has been just ok, if you a request fresh food you basically have to watch them because they will ignore your request. My grandkids love McDonald's me I'm no longer a fan.
