Waited forever to get an employee at the register to place an order because the app was continually failing. When someone finally decided to come up I asked if there was wi-fi available (because it NEVER populated as an option to connect to) and the guy just walked away from me. No apologies, nothing. I was thinking if I connected to the store Internet that the app might actually work, but I'll never know because Lackluster Luke thought it was more fun to ignore me than to take my sale!
I came to order dinner for all my employees at a local motel and this is how you treat someone?! Seriously?! I thought a location in a big city would have their stuff together but I was wrong! Good to know that this location can be avoided in the future!

Ordered 2 mc rib sandwiches 🥪 noticed that they were missing a fair amount of onions 🌰. And they only put one slice of pickle on each sandwich. Why?
