Date 12/30/24. Restaurant #10745 Tinley park il. Order 1573 approx 1:30 24hr drive through . I received my order at window , to my suprise 1/2 order of fries. What should go in bag on every order ?? Let’s not all answer at same time………. Waiting …. We’ll that’s the same response I got after waiting in line again to tell the Nit Wit kid the same quiz kid had no idea what I wanted …..I can’t get napkins because lobby closed! End result was no napkins and the child was very disrespectful . So this is an example of lack of common sense and improper training by management and parent.

Sad for our future 🙁🙁

Worst McDonalds in the area. I placed an order through the app. When I got to the drive-thru, the order was not ready. They said to pull up to Window 3. There is nothing marked as Window 3 so I pulled up to the next window in front. about 5 minutes later they came to the window and said "Did you order something?"" So they had lost the app order. Lesson Learned, when they say to pull up to Window 3, don't do it.

Half my order was missing I asked for deluxe they didn’t even give me a deluxe but I paid for it. They’re rude when I go up there and no one talks to anybody. They’re too busy on their cell phone to get my orders right I paid a lot of money for my food and it’s never right. My fries are always cold and disgusting and it tastes like a bottle of grease. My food is never made right if you ask for no onions say put extra onions on there it’s just ridiculous.

I ordered at 5:50 on mobile from home. I was already back home and eating at 6:05, and most of that time was just because of traffic. I ask three things: be nice, be fast, and be right. This McDonald's on 159th is usually all three.

Parking: There is parking available on all four sides of the building and a large connected lot to the south.

The food is fine (it's mcdonalds) and the customer service was fine but EVERY TIME I order chicken nuggets they don't put any sauce. It's on the receipt and it's NEVER in the bag. You can ask for extra and they will still give you NONE.

Well kept restaurant with excellent staff. Came here for lunch today (October 13th)
and have only praise for the staff and how much work they do when this place is busy. All of them deserve a raise.
