I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I found a bone in my food, which is completely unacceptable and very concerning. This could have easily caused serious harm.
When I called the store, I was simply offered a refund. While a refund is the bare minimum, it does not fix the fact that this situation should never have happened in the first place. Food safety is not something customers should have to worry about.
Management needs to take this issue seriously and improve quality control immediately. No one should have to question whether their meal is safe to eat.

Had to send the bags back 3 times because order was not right. Even gave the employee the receipt and still came back wrong. Finally took what was given and still was wrong.
Came thru drive thru second time coming to this location, food is fresh and today Hispanic young lady at drive thru with glasses very kind and nice, great service, will definitely come back! Good job you guys we need more locations like this. Shout out to the managers and employees of the this location you guys are really doing it!

This is a call for a great service experience. I have been going to most of states Macdonalds. I only buy American coffee from Mac when feel there is no other place near by to get a real cup of coffee from. Literally in my whole years of experience with hundred of branches, no one on counter or the drive thru handed me sugar and napkins in a bag except here in this branch. That’s because there is a processional young lady called ALLISON work there. Leaving this review for her favour as such a small professional attitude should be spot on. Small things matters especially in customer service. Thank you!

Avoid this location. Stopped here after work at 7am and ordered 1 big breakfast, no hotcakes. Got home about a mile away, opened it, and in the bag there was no hash brown, no jelly, no butter. Just napkins and salt & pepper. Took it back and showed the manager. She apologized and replaced my order. I asked if everything was correct, she said yes. My bad for not checking it out before leaving, because I received no jelly, but ketchup. Never again at this location. People, go to McDonald's on 127th east of Harlem. A family owned location that takes pride in their work.
