I order extra sauce for both the Penne Rosa and Tortelloni Peso respectively. I was extremely disappointed to find that both containers had less than 2 tablespoons of sauce. For $1.25/container I expected the extra sauce to cover at least half of my pasta dish – so you can imagine my surprise when there was barely enough to scrape out for 5 noodles.To make matters worse, my actual dish lacked any sauce completely. The Penne noodles were bare, with minimal signs of sauce in the dish. There was also only 1 mushroom and 1 leaf of spinach. It’s almost as if the plain boiled noodles were packaged with parmesean crusted chicken and set out for pick up.I’ve been a customer at Noodles and Co. for over 10 years and can confidently say that this will be my last time spending money here. The quality continues to decline, as does the accuracy of their orders and portion sizes. It’s ridiculous that I had to make sauce to go on my pasta (after paying for extra btw) because I was given an incomplete dish. I’ll be sure to tell everyone else that I turned into a customer as well.

Staff was friendly. I was somewhat disappointed in my meal: the small Caesar salad was great, but I wish the Buffalo Mac was better. Let me explain: chicken tasted great and had a good texture, everything was hot & plentiful, and even the macaroni was cooked perfectly, but cheese? It just wasn't cheesy. ? It was just a let down.

My husband and I dined here for the first time tonight and the food was so very delicious I ordered a second entree to go! I had the new Chicken Parm and the Pasta Fresco and they were both super fresh and flavorful, and cooked just right! My new favorite restaurant in Tinley Park. Just finished eating most of a regular-sized order of Pad Thai served hot, fresh and delicious. Trying the dish for the first time but will order it for take out again. Appreciated the fresh scallions and cilantro on top. Server notified me of the allergens like eggs and peanuts in the dish. I don’t have these allergies but I can imagine this information is helpful for some people. Additionally pad thai is made from rice flour and can be enjoyed gluten free.Vegetarian options: If you don’t mind eggs, the Pad Thai is a superb vegetarian option
