Panera Bread Tinley Park was worth the wait today. The manager "Joe" went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
The sandwiches ordered were fresh, tasty and perfectly made.
Staff was rude, my wife ordered a pick 2 with chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese. The soup was only broth no noodles or vegetables and it was so hot it burnt her mouth. I ordered a soup in a bread bowl and because they didn’t have a dishwasher working i was told I could just eat it off the table they weren’t offering plates or metal silverware.
