Avoid this place like the plague. Sat in the dribe through for more then 45 mins. No one acknowledges you at the window. You just sit. There is no way to move. Worst drive through ever

Always great food.
It wasn't even 8pm and they seemd to be more involved with closing up, nothing bad but didnt feel very welcoming. They didn't provide butter, utensils or napkins and had to wait for prolonged periods to get these items.
Again, nothing terrible but I'd suggest that closing up should take place when the dining room is still filled with customers and it's an hour from closing

This Panera is consistently one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Food, smoothies, coffee and bakery items have all lacked quality. Not sure if it’s the management or what but it’s been going on for years. Definitely need some fixing one way or another.

Ordered an Italiano sandwich: lettuce was horribly wilted, two smallest pieces of red onion, no bacon and no pepperchini peppers. Looks like I'll be going back to Subway, at least I get some veggies on the sub.

Charged my card twice even though I cancelled my order. I never received the food or a receipt. Tried calling many times to get this resolved and they came back with attitude still have yet to receive a refund

This is the slowest Panera Bread in the history of Panera Breads. If you're in a time crunch, save yourself and don't go here. I ordered ahead online and there was only one person in front of me. They handed that customer one bag and it took 20 minutes. Like why?

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Decent, But Not What It Used to Be

Panera used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick, healthy-ish meal, but lately it’s been hit or miss. I stopped by this location for a late lunch — the place was clean, and the staff was friendly, but the experience overall was just okay.

The food came out pretty fast, but the sandwich was lukewarm and kind of thrown together. The soup was good, but the portion felt smaller than usual. For the price, I expected a bit more consistency and attention to detail.

It’s still a decent place if you’re in a rush or need a quiet spot to work, but Panera just doesn’t feel as fresh or high-quality as it once did. Not bad, but not great either.

Honestly one of the worst Paneras I've been to. Coffee is always empty and takes staff around 20 minutes to replace, longer sometimes. Regularly forget the pickle included with cold sandwiches. I once ordered a specialty drink and stood for 30 minutes until it was given to me. Unacceptable arrogance from some of the employees as well. Shameful really.

Everyone seems to hate their job. They don’t smile, they don’t you’re welcome when I say thank you. All I heard the employees talking about is drama about people who should not be working. Worst customer experience and environment at Panera I have ever experienced. The manager didn’t seem happy either. So it makes sense. It all starts from the top. Disappointing.

My order experience was awful. My chips and brownies ordered were not included in my order to go and I left a generous tip...went back to the store for brownies and received a free pecan roll but got home and realized chips weren't in the bag ordered. Very disappointed!

I received good customer service. The staff was very polite. I did not have to wait in the drive thru for long. My order was correct. I was provided with a straw and a stir stick for my iced coffee.
