We go here often because my elderly mother lives very close. The service, food, and drinks are always very good. If you like heat, ask for their extra hot salsa - it is not listed on the menu but they have it if you ask the server. It is excellent! Will definitely return and recommend!

It's a good size restaurant all the Pepe's locations all look alike to me on the inside so nothing to brag about. The food just doesn't taste good anymore the drinks are tasty and that's it. Definitely needs to get better meat and seasoning and also add some more items on the menu . The waiter was nice and accommodating with my family I'm just not a fan of the bus boys looking around to see if we're done. It feels rushed when it wasn't to many people in there

I been going to this particular Pepe's for years and have same waiter.he really gotten very comfortable with me and now he waits 15 or longer to come over and it starting to get to annoy me to the point tonight was my last night going to Pepe's till the point we had an argument and me telling him that he became the worst waiter in Pepe's last time I was there was last week in January 6th 2024 got there 9:15 he comes over and asked me what did I want he knows I like the margarita so when I asked for the margarita he said bars closed but I've been here a half an hour before he even came over I was totally pissed but I came back and the same treatment sitting at the table waiting at least 20 minutes ..lone story short I told him I would never come back and I hope the manager is looking at this and reading it and I'm probably not the only one I'll find another Pepe's I'll never go back there Tinley Park a little short Hispanic guy been there for years maybe five feet tall don't know his name but he is the worst try to avoid him and look for a waiter that's taller

I've never had such a bad experience at Pepes. The server David never brought us our drinks, said he would bring back more water and chips when we ordered our food and we never got that, and didn't check on us after taking our food order. Another server dropped off our food as she was checking on her table for the 3rd time since we arrived. The food was fine, also not the best Pepes meal I've had. David didn't even seem to realize our drinks and water refills never came and we ate our food and ran out of there.
