Portillo's Tinley Park

This place is pretty much like every other portillo's only difference is the location, I came here during the morning and ordered the big Italian beef combo with extra gravy, now in my head I thought that meant they would baptize the sandwich, but no they only added gravy inside the sandwich only so it wasn't as good as I wanted to be and it was sorta dry (which was my fault for not knowing and not asking). My girlfriend got the chicken tenders and ended up not being able to finish them, they taste almost exactly like an air fried chicken tender which isn't as good as you think that sounds nor was it bad however I did enjoy the food

Check your order before you leave off. I ordered a dry italian beef and received one that was dipped. Also, I requested my order to be in a separate bag and that didn’t happen. I told the worker who called out my number order and she said “i didn’t take your order” with attitude. WORST PROTILLOS EVER!!!

To each their own tastes but Ami I don't really like these types of places, it's not my favorite but to each their own.

I love the chopped salad! And there is plenty left over to take home. My mom enjoyed the beef sandwich.
My mother is 88 and has trouble waking. The handicap entrance was locked so I had to get her through the revolving door. That was very challenging!

I understand that during busy times things slow down but after a couple visits over the weekend it was clear the service through the drive through was just slow. I literally waited almost 40 minutes. When I complained, the attitude was through the roof!

I was order T84 in the drive through. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out.
18 minutes later I called inside to find out why 2 hotdogs and 2 fries were taking so long
5 minutes later I got my food
Hotdogs were cold when I got home
Fries were hot
Inexcusable

Not 5 Star dining, but it's the only place that not only serves the finest hot dogs and Italian beef, but brings back memories of my childhood. Thx Portillo's, you are one of a kind and whenever I fly in from Atlanta on business or to see family, you are a must for my wife and me.

APPLAUSE to Gabriel

Person taking orders at drive thru was rude and didn't understand order taking. Messed up order. At the window a girl with red in her hair was fantastic she was fixing our order until the manager jumped in and messed everything up. Not only was he Rude but he was yelling at her in front of customers and other staff. I apologized to the girl for what she was doing. So when we opened our bag at home it was wrong and that manager was supposed to fix.
