I ordered a sandwich paid extra for avocado they said they didn’t have any after I had to call and complain even though I was charged for it. The people that answer the phone all say that they are the manager and won’t give their name. My sandwich was soggy even though it only had turkey, cheese and cucumber on it. The cookie was hard and stale.
The “Manger” Makayla needs remedial phone courtesy training abruptly hanging up when asked to provide a customer’s contact information is unacceptable. Then instructing a team member to hang up on a subsequent call adds injury to insult. While I understand many of the employees are entry level managers should be trained in basic phone etiquette I.e. said person called, at said time such disappointment.
Just bought 3 meatball sandwiches - 2 regular, 1 big. The two regulars had 1.5 meatballs each. That’s 3 meatballs between 2 sandwiches. The big had 3 meatballs total so guess that’s you get paying up for the big.
