The customer service was great! However the pizza didn't taste good to us. Ordered a 16 inch and it came to 30 dollars. We only ate a few slices and more than half the pizza was left over.. which is unusual w a growing teenage son. Arrenello's and Aurelios are our preferrred and fairer prices for larger pizzas. I think the cheese just tasted cheap. Again the customer service was great ?? but wouldn't return for their pizza. Too expensive for the lack of quality and taste

I never leave reviews but this was worth logging into my son’s account to leave one! I had my son’s 3rd birthday/bears party at my house and we always order from beggars/nancys but other day we drove past and smelled the pizza and decided we were going to switch it up for today and hope for the best! We ordered 5 pizzas and a fatty! It was absolutely amazing pizza. Everyone was asking where we got it from!! You all gained a new customer!!

I love pizza! I ate at over 50 places and this is by far the worst I ever had! Wish I could give them a zero! Got a slice and wish I could trade it for a cracker with a piece of pepperoni on it! Also GM there named Colleen needs to be reported to the health department for working with open pizzas in and out of oven and never has a hat or hair net as supposed to in any food industry! I also heard another man in the store talk about how very rude this lady is and I said yes she is very very rude! It’s also been reported that at least two times recently that driver did not get tips that customers said they put on their card for them! One was over 13.00!!! So I highly recommend you save your money from this slum lord place and if you desire real good pizza go up a couple blocks to Pizza Pete’s and get very good pizza with a very good attitude!!! You can thank me later! If you do order from Rich’s pizza joint be sure to check your pizza real good for hair topping!!!!

Had ordered a large pizza at 500 took hour in half to arrive and pizza wasn't even hot. Tasted terrible. They never offered to make new one or coupon or nothing. Never order here

First time try them it was good.second time pizza was late and cold.third time late dry some where burnt not even cut hardly any sauce my two roomates and i unhappy called there lady said sorry thats it well lost 3 customers because we take turns buying a pizza .going back to aurileois and rosatis.

Huge pizza lovers at our house and this place did not disappoint! The birria pizza is amazing! My husband and I would go back a million times for that alone. Who thought birria, like, and consommé would be so amazing on a pizza?! Also had the st paddy’s day fatty and it was also delicious! The double decker pizza with cheese in the middle was also a nice touch! We will be back again!
