This place is absolutely the best! The customer service is the best I’ve ever received. I placed a large order for Italian sausage to be picked up. I completely messed up my order! They went out of their way to correct MY SCREW UP! They didn’t need to do what they did, and I would have accepted the order the way it was, cause it was 100% my fault. Rubino's is a really solid Italian grocery store that has a lot to choose from. Our food was all made to order and tasted great. I will definitely be a returning customer when I'm in theTinley Park area.
