This place is 10/10 every time I go! I get the shrimp pho with extra shrimp and it’s so flavorful you really don’t need to add anything. It was like love at first sight lol, they even try to accommodate you when they’re about to close. The desk guy has the best customer service everytime, it feels so good that when I walk in he already knows my order. Oh & and he makes the BEST smoothies. If you’re thinking about trying Pho for the first time this is a great place to start.

Saigon is one of my favorite places to get food with friends or family. The server Sonny is a sweetheart and always attentive to the patrons. The chicken fried rice, beef pho, and smoothies are all really tasty. If you’re someone who likes spice I recommend eating the rice or pho with their chili oil, it completely elevates the dish. Everything was fresh and cooked to order.

I ordered the beef chow fun to pick up. The noodles had good flavor and texture. Unfortunately, the beef was chewy and gristley. But luckily there was not a lot in there. I would come back and try something different.

We ordered the lemongrass pork, and some bowls of pho, which were really delicious. The beef and the brisket in the pho were flavorful and tender, and the flavors did mesh well together, especially if you add in the basil and bean sports for added texture. The portions are big, so you could share one entree if you order something else with it! The noodles in the pho are just ok, they aren't the best nor the worst rice noodles. The soup base was great, but other members of my party did say it was too salty for their tastes, something to keep in mind when ordering or sharing your pho. The menu had tons of choices, so there is something for everyone; additionally, the prices are reasonable, somthing that definitely can not be said about some of the other Vietnamese restaurants in the Chicagoland area. The atmosphere is just fine, but there is only 1 bathroom available for each gender, which is annoying during this restaurant's peak hours.
I walk in this place thinking I was going to enjoy my meal for the day! But the lady at the front was so rude. First of all no one was eating but to two other people and she told me I needed to sit somewhere else. The table and the chair was dirty so I said if you wipe it off I have no problem sitting their. She wipe the table and chair off with her hand. Very unsanitary and that rub me the wrong way so I left.

The bahn mi is excellent here - crispy fresh bread, a good amount of fresh greens and flavorful meat. Dumplings are also good - we got the pan fried and they had very good texture and flavor. Egg rolls are a miss - not much flavor and too oily. I will definitely come back for the bahn mi and looking forward to trying more items on the menu like the pho and noodle dishes.
