Make sure employees, especially those that are talking to customers, wear their masks over their nose and mouth. Was in the store on Friday afternoon and the female worker directing people at the crowded check out lines had a mask, but it was around her neck. A lot of good that did. If she can't wear a mask, have her work in the back away from customers please. Also saw quite a few customers wearing their masks under their nose or under their mouths. Not very safe in these times.

You’re senior hours during Covid 19 are an absolute lie! The manager and a few employees yelling at seniors to get in the line with the other couple hundred people was shameful. THISE WERE NOT SENIORS in that long line. The way the employees AND MANAGER were acting was ridiculous. The one employee was acting and talking very aggressive like she was ready to brawl. The poor seniors, mine included were so upset. I know I’m not a Sam’s customer anymore after witnessing this. Hello Costco!

They supply large quantities of things like paper plates, trash bags, coffee, creamer and many other things. What I really want to share is how great Sam's in Tinley's pies are. We had the Apple Streusel pie, which excellent, but YOU MUST GO BUY A PECAN PIE. I LOVE PECAN PIE, BUT MY WIFE AND i BOTH AGREE, Sam's Pecan Pie is the best we've ever had. I've had great ones, but this one sets the bar way up with the stars in Heaven.

Biggest pile of crap store ever. 1.) How can you not have ANY rotisserie chicken available from 4:45pm until after 6pm, the dinner rush. I was told at 4:45p that they should be ready no longer than 45 minutes, so I stayed, picked up more stuff than I really needed. I go back there at 5:30pm and still none ready. They say, will it will be 10 more minutes. LIE. 25 minutes later they are like, should be about 25 more minutes. B******* is what I say. Thankfully my membership is about to expire. The few things I do shop for, I will now gladly pay more for. Also with the money I will be saving, I'm upgrading my Costco membership. Oh yeah, you may want to keep an eye on your employees.... They all gots their earbuds in while connected to their phones so they can ignore customers.
