I just had the absolute worst customer experience at this Smoothie King and I am pissed. My time was wasted, the staff was incompetent and charged me for add ons that they were completely out of. I waited 25 minutes and ended up with a large tart cup of blended ice. I sent it back and received a large cup of blended ice with chunks in it. When I returned a 3rd time the employee Kate kept her back turned towards me and completely ignored my complaint while Natalie smiled and giggled as if it was funny. In the end, I walked away with nothing and had to choose an immediate alternative since I'm diabetic and my sugar was low.
Customers should never be treated like this. I hope management reads these reviews and use them as teaching opportunities for these young ladies. The immaturity and disregard for acceptable/exceptional customer service warrants more supervision and training. Unfortunately, no manager was present to rectify the unpleasant experience.

I went through the drive thru, young lady took my order very quickly. I only had a $50 in cash which they didn’t take so I opted to use my card no big deal. I waited about 10 mins for the young lady to return my card due to her “accidentally” over charging me & adding a tip. I received my bowl which was thrown together! What was suppose to be peanut butter drizzle was a chunk of thick peanut butter slathered in my bowl. I asked the young lady “What is this” She said “Oh our machine is acting up” Ok well… shouldn’t that be something you make paying customers aware of before they make a purchase of a $15 dollar smoothie bowl! I asked to be refunded! The nonchalant attitude was just too much! Too many young inexperienced kids working here with little to no customer service skills. Definitely need to be retrained. I will no longer frequent this location.

I always have a great experience at Smoothie King! The staff is friendly, quick, and they always get my order right. The smoothies are fresh, flavorful, and they have a great variety for whatever you’re in the mood for—whether it’s a meal replacement, post-workout boost, or just a healthy treat. My favorite is the Gladiator with strawberries and bananas—super filling and packed with protein. The store is always clean, and the service is consistently top-notch. Definitely one of my go-to spots for something delicious and good for you!
