I feel like I could just copy and paste everyone else's reviews, as I just had the same experience. Long wait, girl at the drive thru didn't know our order, unfriendly staff. At first I was patient because they had a sign saying they were training new staff, but after reading the reviews this seems to be a pattern of poor service. I'm fully expecting Smoothie King's administrator to provide the same canned response to this review as they did all of the others. Clearly nothing changes as these poor reviews go back 6+ months.

If you have a 30 minutes to kill, Go through the drive through. WOW! I would have drove off but my daughter was with me and she refused to let me drive off.

Only 4 cars in the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to get to the window, once we do the worker didn’t even know what we ordered and asked what our order was, after that it took another 10 minutes to get the second smoothie because they had to remake it. That smoothie was very watered down and did not taste like what I ordered at all so I went home and fixed it myself. I understand that training was in progress but if that’s the case then there NEEDS to be more than two employees working at once.

This smoothie king is terrible. I waited in line for 45mins and decided to drive off. Everytime I come here the wait is terrible. I won’t be back.

Needs new workers and/or management. Wasn’t greeted at drive thru. Once I got to the window no one ever came to greet/ask to hold/ nor bring order. I waited about 10mins and still no one came. I called to speak to manager because I had my baby in the car and was told no managers are there and won’t be at all today …. Sound like the employee was half sleep.

I've been to probably 10 or more different Smoothie King locations, and this one is, unfortunately, the worst of the bunch. It's been open for two years now. The staff does not seem to be as well-trained, and the drive-through is slow. It IS on a busy corner, so it may get more traffic, but all the more reason to train the staff well.

I did have a recent app issue where a reward didn't apply. They told me to pull around to the front. Any time I do that at a fast food restaurant, a worker comes out to help me. I waited for a while and then realized they weren't coming out. When I went inside, they did resolve my issue, thankfully.

Bottom line, communication and service are sub-par. The smoothies I've gotten have always tasted fine. But it's definitely not the comprehensive Smoothie King experience we've come to expect.

I came here through the drive thru on jan. 17th at 1145am and bought a Go Coconuts bowl. They gave me a soupy bowl. When i came inside i was not greeted/ greeted at the counter. I had to speak first and I showed them the bowl. The guy said "yeah i know, that was the last of it" i kindly told him, they should have never sold it to me. He offered a refund i just got a large smoothie instead.
