Takes like 10 min and the most import.is that I would b happy if the workers were those plastic thin gloves so we don't get germs or so,Mc Donald's I've seen them using those gloves

Very rude baristas at this store.
I work remote evening shifts and picked up iced lattes for my husband and I during my break. I got home and realized these tasted very watered down. My lunch break ended so I couldn’t go back for a remake before close. I called and spoke with Monica who told me it was MY fault they were watered down. She then told me to bring in the drinks in the morning to get a remake on them.

Disgusting and rude service, please retrain your staff on offering better solutions when issues like this occur.

Has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I was walked in it was absolutely dead I greeted them didn’t get a response then order a drink it was water down I went back in asked if they can re make because it was watered down the worker looked at me spilled my drink added a lil bit more base and gave it back tasted nothing like how I’ve had it. Absolutely dreadful.

I asked for a caramel macchiato blended and the cashier said “we can do it” I waited maybe 7 mins for my drink, never heard the blender. The guy quietly calls out what I assume is my order and I look at the tag and it says “blended” but the actual drink is so soupy and clearly not blended at all. Customer service was mid and the drink wasn’t great either.

Great service and great people. Janet and Jack are the absolute best, always friendly and they recognize their regulars : - ) me and my girlfriend always come and are always treated with kindness, id recommend anyone to come here.

Ordered 2 seasonal pumpkin spice drinks for $16… $16! First time it tasted like MILK, no pumpkin spice just watered down milk, so we pull around for them to remake it because in this economy.. unfortunately im not willing to just throw out my money. When we pulled around, the lady at the cashier gave us attitude and gave us our drinks. These drinks now just straight up taste like espresso and absolutely no pumpkin. Ive had pumpkin spiced everything at literally any other starbucks with NO problem. This location on the other hand, doesnt know how to make the drinks and then throws attitude when you dont wanna spend $16 on 2 crappy drinks. Wont be coming back to this location!!

Five stars! I come to this Starbies a few times a week because I work remotely and I *need* to get out of the house, and the baristas are always so fun, so nice, so kind, so friendly. They always get my drink right and are speedy through the drive thru. I specifically know Patty by name, and she is extra lovely, but so is everyone else in the drive thru! Always happy to see the crew there.

I frequent this Starbucks on a regular basis and while the team is good, both Roney and Tess stand out as superstars. They’re professional, attentive and their customer service is top tier. If it weren’t for them, this would be just an average Starbucks.
