Has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I was walked in it was absolutely dead I greeted them didn’t get a response then order a drink it was water down I went back in asked if they can re make because it was watered down the worker looked at me spilled my drink added a lil bit more base and gave it back tasted nothing like how I’ve had it. Absolutely dreadful.

I asked for a caramel macchiato blended and the cashier said “we can do it” I waited maybe 7 mins for my drink, never heard the blender. The guy quietly calls out what I assume is my order and I look at the tag and it says “blended” but the actual drink is so soupy and clearly not blended at all. Customer service was mid and the drink wasn’t great either.

Ordered 2 seasonal pumpkin spice drinks for $16… $16! First time it tasted like MILK, no pumpkin spice just watered down milk, so we pull around for them to remake it because in this economy.. unfortunately im not willing to just throw out my money. When we pulled around, the lady at the cashier gave us attitude and gave us our drinks. These drinks now just straight up taste like espresso and absolutely no pumpkin. Ive had pumpkin spiced everything at literally any other starbucks with NO problem. This location on the other hand, doesnt know how to make the drinks and then throws attitude when you dont wanna spend $16 on 2 crappy drinks. Wont be coming back to this location!!

Five stars! I come to this Starbies a few times a week because I work remotely and I *need* to get out of the house, and the baristas are always so fun, so nice, so kind, so friendly. They always get my drink right and are speedy through the drive thru. I specifically know Patty by name, and she is extra lovely, but so is everyone else in the drive thru! Always happy to see the crew there.

I frequent this Starbucks on a regular basis and while the team is good, both Roney and Tess stand out as superstars. They’re professional, attentive and their customer service is top tier. If it weren’t for them, this would be just an average Starbucks.

Just went through the drive-through and the lady was A word that I don’t feel comfortable saying she was rude and snarky, and I believe she left her mic on because I heard her and a coworker, talking rudely about us and other guests
This is my favorite Starbucks to visit. This is the only Starbucks that makes the caramel macchiato deliciously. I purposefully drive 30 minutes out to get my caramel macchiato here from Tess. I’m always happy to Tess in the store because I know I will be taken care of promptly and courteously. She’s the only barista I can trust to make me caramel macchiato

Starbucks is generally a nice place to be around. Its atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are hard working, friendly, and peaceable. The drinks are potent. (I got a Grande)

Most of my experiences at this location have been pleasant. Good service, good drinks and great location.
Vegetarian options: Most drinks can be made with a non dairy option like oat milk or coconut milk
Dietary restrictions: There are nondairy options, you can always edit your drink especially if you want to limit your sugar intake. You can ask for the pumps of syrup to be reduced. You can also ask for a sugar free substitute like stevia.
Parking: Parking is free but it's near a restaurant so sometimes it can be a little tight but most times there is an available spot.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly there's nothing for them to do

I will give service a negative! The lady in the drive through in Tinley Park, IL was very unpleasant. I called to make a complaint and the manager took up for her! I have never experienced such rudeness so early in the morning!
